Day 01 Arrival in Chengdu 抵达成都

All participants must arrive and gather in Chengdu. Stay overnight in Chengdu hotel.

抵达成都，接机前往酒店办理入住手续。夜宿成都。

Day 02 Chengdu (500m) - Ya’an (580m) - Luding - Kangding (2,560m)

成都 - 雅安 - 泸定 – 康定 290km, 6-7 hours

Leave hotel after breakfast, we will set out to Kangding via Chengdu-Ya’an &

Ya’an-Kangding highway. On the way, we will visit Luding Bridge. It was an

important crossing on the road between Sichuan and Tibet. The Luding Bridge

construction started from 1644 to 1911, that was period of Kangxi reign and is

considered a historical landmark. This bridge is an iron suspension bridge with a

length of hundred 100 meters. There is a stele on which the name of Luding

Bridge is written. It was written by great Chinese Emperor Kangxi. Afterwards, continue drive to Kangding

(Dartsendo), the largest city and capital of Ganzi (Garze) Tibetan Prefecture, in western Sichuan Province.

Historically it was an important business center between China and Tibet on the Tea-horse-road. It is the center of

Kham Tibet, a religious, economy center of Sichuan. Stay overnight in Kangding.

早餐后，驱车经由成雅高速，雅康高速抵达泸定，参观泸定桥。泸定桥位于中国四川省西部的大渡河上，是

一座由清朝康熙帝御批建造的悬索桥。该桥建成于 1706 年，康熙御笔题写‘泸定桥’，并立御碑于桥头。

1961年，被中华人民共和国国务院公布为第一批全国重点文物保护单位之一。桥共有 12164 个铁环相扣，全

桥铁件重 40 余吨。泸定桥两岸的桥头古堡为木结构古建筑，为中国独有。时至今日泸定桥依然以其独特的风

景，以及特殊的历史价值而得到人们的重视。尔后前往甘孜藏族自治州首府 - 康定。康定是川藏咽喉，藏汉

交汇中心，一座历史悠久的高原古城，三山环抱，折多河贯穿城中。这里富有浓浓的民族风情，民族风格的

各式建筑错落有致地散布于河两岸。康定是情歌的故乡，也是康巴锅庄文化的发祥地。康定是一座小城，游

客可以在街道上走走逛逛，街头上藏民，喇嘛，藏文，藏餐等各种藏文化比比皆是。夜宿康定。

Day 03 Kangding - Zheduo Pass. (4,298m) - Xinduqiao (3,300m) - Yaha Pass - Tsemed Pass - Mount Gongga

– Shangmuju (3,800m)

康定 - 折多山(4,298m) - 新都桥 (3,300m) - 雅哈垭口(海拔 4,568m) - 子梅垭口(海拔 4,500m)

- 贡嘎雪山–上木居(3,800m) 150km, 4hours

Leaving Kangding after breakfast. It is about 30km drive ascend the high Zheduo Pass at

4,298m. Zheduo Pass is located in Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's

Sichuan Province. It is known as the first pass of the Kamba Area. Afterwards, descend to

‘Photographer’s Paradise in Western Sichuan’ - Xinduqiao. It is a picturesque small Tibetan

town, famous for its plateau pasture scenery, with vivid green grassland, streams, mountains,

and Tibetan houses. Xinduqiao also a separating point of the North and South Sichuan-Tibet

highway. Mount Gongga also known as Minya Konka, is ‘The King of Sichuan Mountains’,

located at the southern part of Kangding in Sichuan, is the highest mountain in Sichuan, with

the highest peak of 7,556 m. Mount Gongga is famous for the breath-taking natural scenery like spectacular glaciers,

crystal highland lakes, snow-capped mountains, Tibetan nomads people and a very fine adventure travel destination,

once listed as one of the top 10 hiking destinations in China. Yaha Pass at the altitude of 4,568m or Tsemed Pass at

4,500m have been gaining popularity in recent years for its favourable location that provides the best view of the

magnificent Mount Gongga. Stay overnight in Shangmuju.

早餐后，从康定出发，行驶于川藏南线 318 国道，途中翻越海拔 4,298米的折多山，这里是川藏路上第一座

需要翻越的高山垭口，同时也是重要的人文地理和气候分界线，过了折多山后才算是进入真正意义上的藏

区，因此被称为‘康巴第一关‘。过了折多山，车子一路下行就进入了‘摄影家的天堂’新都桥。它是川藏

南北线的分叉路口。雅哈垭口和子梅垭口距离不远，是一个眺望贡嘎山的好

地方。贡嘎山（Minya Konka）是藏区神山，周围有海拔 6,000 米以上的山

峰 45 座，主峰更耸立于群峰之巅，被《中国国家地理》杂志评为国家第二

美的雪山，仅次于西藏的南迦巴瓦峰。贡嘎山峰项终年被冰雪覆盖，是中国

最独特的冰川奇观之一。雪线以下的山谷和山坡被茂密的原始森林所覆盖，

森林环抱、湖水清澈，永远保持原始与秀丽的自然风貌。以贡嘎山为中心，

这里是极受登山爱好者青睐的名山，徒步或是骑行，都会在这圣洁的神山

中，找到内心的宁静。夜宿子梅垭口下面的一个小村庄-上木居。

Day 04 Shangmuju - Xinduqiao 上木居 — 新都桥 100km, 2-3 hours

Wake up early morning to witness the sunrise when the golden light hit on the top of

Mount Gonnga. You will be amazed to see the Mount Gongga in the sea of clouds.

After sunrise, take a walk around at Shangmuju village for peace of mind. You may

also discover Tibetan culture and life. Afterwards, retrace back to Xinduqiao. Stay

overnight at Xinduqiao.

早上别错过观看「蜀山之王」波澜壮阔的云海和日照金山，美轮美奂的壮丽

风景！早餐后，漫步于上木居，欣赏上木居的秀美风光。尔后乘车返回新都

桥（海拔：3,300m）。新都桥处在川藏线南北分叉路口，是一片如诗如画的

世外桃源。这里有神奇的光线，无垠的草原，弯弯的小溪，金黄的柏杨，山

峦连绵起伏，藏寨散落其间，川西的平原风光美丽地绽放，因此有’光与影

的世界‘，‘摄影家的天堂’美誉。夜宿新都桥。

Day 05 Xinduqiao (3,300m) – Tagong Monastery (3,730m) – Muya Golden Pagoda – Bamei Stone Forest

– Danba Jiaju Tibetan Village (1,800m - 2,300m) 150km, 3-4 hours

新都桥 (3,300m) - 塔公寺(3,730m)-木雅金塔 - 八美石林 - 丹巴甲居藏寨 (1,800m - 2,300m)

After leaving Xinduqiao, the road turns north to Tagong. Along the way from

Xinduqiao to Tagong, you will be totally feast on the peaceful and fantastic

landscapes. Tagong (Lhagang) meaning 'favourite place of bodhisattva' in the

local language, is a small town in Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of

western Sichuan. Tagong Temple has a history of more than 1,000 years. It is

said to be constructed by Princess Wencheng during Tang Dynasty. It enjoys an

important and outstanding role in Kangba Area and is one of the main monastery

where Tibetan Buddhist do their worships and pilgrimages. There are the sacred

Yala Snow Mountain surrounding it. Muya Golden Pagoda is also called Yazheng Pagoda, located at the foot of

Yala Mountain. The pagoda was for commemorating the tenth Panchan Lama. The pagoda includes three floors, stand

for the Buddha, Dharma and monk Sambo. The first floor is Xianzong palace. It serves the Buddha Sakyamuni,

Avalokitesvara, Manjusri and other eight Bodhisattvas and 18 arahants. However, the second floor is Mizong palace.

It is for the master of Padmasambhava and the Tantra inheritance of the Master. The last floor is Buddha statue tower.

There are 470 prayer wheels in the prayer corridor. Around the golden tower, there are 4 pavilion-style pagodas with

contains 100,000 small stupa inside each pagodas. Bamei Town is situated in the southeast of Daofu County in Garze

Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, with the Sichuan-Tibet Highway passing through it. Bamei Stone Forest resembles

numerous towering pagodas. The stone forest is splendour setting with the vast grassland, towering snow mountains

and the charming Tibetan houses. The colour of these stones are vary in colour in different seasons. After visiting the

Stone Forest, turn to the northeast direction for Danba County. Danba, a legendary place with plenty of beautiful

scenery which is famous of ‘Country of Women’. Danba is also the “East Female Country” in history. You will be

amazed by the stunning scenery along the route from Bamei to Danba. Danba Tibetan Villages, a retreat from the

world, are known as the most beautiful villages all over China, it is the hometown of Jiarong Tibetans in Sichuan

Province. Jiaju Tibetan Village is known as one of the six most beautiful ancient villages in China, is the most

unique tourist attraction in Danba County with more than 140 families residing here. The houses are located in the

sunny slope of the mountains. Its name, Jiaju, means ‘a hundred families’. It is always the highlight of a Danba tour,

during which you will not only enjoy the marvellous nature beauty, but also experience the unique culture of the local

Tibetans in Sichuan. Stay overnight at Jiaju Tibetan village.

早餐后出发，前往丹巴，欣赏最美六大乡村之一的甲居藏寨，领略嘉绒藏族风情。离开新都桥后驶入川藏北

线 317 国道抵达塔公。塔公藏语意为‘菩萨喜欢的地方’。塔公草原景区背靠高耸的雅拉雪山，与起伏的草

原和草原上金碧辉煌的‘木雅金塔’为主要内容。这里地势平坦，水草丰美，牛羊成群，绿茵茵的草地上散

落着牧民的帐房，一派和谐的高原藏区风光。雅拉雪山主峰海拔 5820m，终年积雪覆盖，盛夏时日，在如花

似锦的塔公草原上观瞻雅拉雪峰，有如临仙界之感。

塔公寺，距今已经有 1000 多年历史，是藏传佛教派著名寺庙之一，有‘小大昭寺’之称，是康巴地区藏民朝

拜的圣地之一。其最大亮点就是寺内有一尊与拉萨大昭寺一样的释迦牟尼的 12 岁等身佛像。寺庙建筑壮观，

有着古老而悠久的历史。寺院内佛殿主要有释迦牟尼殿，莲花生大师殿和千手千眼观音殿等等。寺内拥有各

种壁画、古像。在康巴地区常有‘若无缘去拉萨朝圣，则到塔公寺朝拜也有同样功德’的说法。塔公寺还藏

有大量精美的壁画和法器。游览于其中，无疑是一场心灵和审美的双重熏陶。

木雅金塔又名木雅尊胜塔，建于 1997 年，是多吉扎西活佛为纪念十世班禅大师于此灌顶布法而修建的佛塔。

它是一座坛城式佛教寺庙建筑。金塔黄金帖顶，共分三层：第一层为显宗殿，供奉有释迦牟尼佛、观世音菩

萨、文殊菩萨等八大菩萨和十八罗汉像；第二层为密宗殿，供奉有莲花生大师和密宗传承上师像，佛殿四壁

的精美唐卡绘有释迦牟尼佛本生传和莲花生大士传；第三层为佛陀尊身塔。三层分别代表着佛，法，僧三宝

和大，小，密三乘。金塔外有 383m长的转经廊，有 470 个转经筒。金塔四周有 4座台阁式佛塔，每座塔内装

藏了 10 万小佛塔。参观完毕，前往道孚县的八美参观八美石林（墨石公园景区）。八美土石林于 2017 年 1

月升为国家 4A级景区，并正式更名为墨石公园景区。石林拥有壮美草原，婉约湿地，奇幻墨石，特色民居，

高原花海，金色彩秋，白塔圣寺，日出日落八大奇观。后继续北上，前往甘孜县城。沿线的河流，草原，森

林，雪山，寺庙，藏房建筑等等，浓郁的藏乡风情构成美丽的景观大道，令人陶醉。

丹巴县境内的碉楼分布广泛，素有’千碉之乡’的美称。甲居藏寨远离尘嚣，沿山势而建，从河谷到山脊，

落差相差近千米，是獨特的藏式楼房建築。它是嘉絨藏族的聚居地，一戶人家住一幢寨楼。一般寨楼坐北朝

南，有的三，五成群相依相偎,有的远离群楼，孑然独立。甲居藏房的現存形式, 完整地保存了嘉絨民居的基

本特徵。走在這裡的山野村寨古堡中，恍若隔世，你會迷失在古堡群落里，忘記時間，忘記年代，忘記歲

月。夜宿甲居藏寨。

Day 06 Danba Jiaju Tibetan Village - Jinchuan (2,165m) - Zhonglu Tibetan Village (2,200m)

丹巴甲居藏寨 – 金川 - 丹巴中路藏寨 (2,200m) 20km, 1.5hours

After breakfast, depart to Zhonglu Tibetan Village via Jinchuan County. Jinchuan County, located at southwest of

Sichuan Province, is known for it’s the largest-scale pear blossoms scenery on plateau as well as one of the major pear

suppliers nationwide. Zhonglu Tibetan Village has an altitude of 2,200 m, is located in Danba County. Zhonglu in

Tibetan means worship place together of human and God. Zhonglu Tibetan village has many attractions such as

historic watchtowers and many local houses of Tibetan residents. During the pear blossom season, Jiaju, Zhonglu and

Yak valley will be a sea of pear blossoms. You can see the white snow on the top of the mountain and pear blossoms

at the foot of the snow mountain, makes you wonder if you travel in wonderland. Stay overnight at Zhonglu Tibetan

village.

早餐后出发，前往四川阿坝州的小江南，中国雪梨之乡-金川。金川位于川西高原，阿坝州西南缘，居住着

藏，羌，回，汉等 14个民族，素有‘东女故都的美誉。东女国是公元六，七世纪出现的部落群体及地方政

权，是以女性为中心和女性崇拜的社会制度，是川西及整个藏族历史上重要的文明古国。主要活动范围在四

川阿坝州，甘孜州丹巴县和西藏自治区昌都市等地区。3月的金川是花的海洋，高大的梨树在藏寨和河谷之

间，一却如诗如画，如梦如幻。金川梨花特点：梨花规模大，绵延金川河谷数百公里，蔚为壮观。据悉，金

川梨花有‘三绝’。一是雪山与梨园共生，雪花与梨花同舞；二是人在花中走，花在画中流；三是美景催生

美食，美食再塑美景。中路藏寨海拔 2,200 米，幽静秀美，坐落于小金川东岸山坡半山腰的一处开阔平地

上，被评为‘中国景观村落’。从这里还能远望墨尔多神山和碉楼，宁静如诗的田园与美丽的藏寨碉楼交相

辉映。中路藏寨现存的石碉楼最早建于汉代，距今 2000 余年；最迟的建于清乾隆皇帝平定大、小金川时期，

至今也有 200多年了。这些碉楼一般为四角，六角，甚至还有十三角的柱状体，用泥土和石块建造，十分坚

固。夜宿中路藏寨。

Day 07 Zhonglu Tibetan Village - Xiaojin County - Mount Siguniang

(2,500m - 3,800m)

中路藏寨 - 小金县 - 四姑娘山风景区 150km, 3hours

Mount Siguniang is situated in Xiaojin County of A’ba Prefecture in

Sichuan Province of China. The area is reputed to be the ‘Queen of

Mountains in Sichuan’ because of the beautiful mountain landscape and

exquisite snow peaks scenery. Mount Shiguniang Scenic Area consists of Mt

Siguniang, Mt Balang, and 3 main valleys – Haizi Valley, Changping

Valley, Shuangqiao Valley. Mt Siguniang stands between Haizi Valley and

Changping Valley. Mt Siguniang encompasses four peaks: DaFeng (Big Peak or 1st peak / 5038m), ErFeng (2nd peak

/ 5276 m), SanFeng (3rd peak / 5355m) and Yaomei Feng (4th peak / 6250m). Yaomei Feng literally: ‘peak of the

youngest sister’, also known as the ‘Queen of Sichuan's peaks’ is the second highest mountain in Sichuan Province.

Mt Siguniang scenic area offers very typical Alpine scenery of the glaciers, virgin forests, grassland, lakes, rivers,

mountains and valleys. The mountain is the paradise for hiking, mountaineering, camping, horse riding and exploring.

Shuangqiao Valley, Changping Valley and Haizi Valley lie adjacent to Siguniangshan, whilst the Shuangqiao Valley

is 7km west of Rilong. Today we will visit Shuangqiao Valley. Shuangqiao Valley has a paved road and is where

most of the tourists visit. The Shuangqiao Valley also has 28km of boardwalk extending to the valley's end, There are

hop on hop off buses travel the length of the valley and offer a quick way through, stopping at all the good spots. We

suggest you go by bus all the way up. Get off and walk all the way back. You will amazed by the scenery along the

path. Stay overnight at Shiguniang Scenic Park.

Note: We suggest you to take some food/ beverage since you have few food options at Mount Siguniang Scenic Area.

Horse-riding cost is excluded, the price depends on the distance you ride. (CNY 50 – 200)

早餐后乘车前往位于阿坝藏族羌族自治州小金县与汶川县交界处，有’中国阿尔卑斯山’之称的高海拔雪山-

四姑娘山。四姑娘山风景区由四姑娘山，双桥沟，长坪沟和海子沟组成。这四座山峰长年冰雪覆盖，如同头

披白纱，姿容俊俏的四位少女，依次屹立在长坪沟和海子沟两道银河

之上。四姑娘中以幺妹身材苗条、体态婀娜，现在人们常说的“四姑

娘”指的就是这座最高最美的雪峰。四姑娘山特殊的地理位置、气候

条件、显著的垂直高差，为各类动植物提供了理想的生存环境，著名

的大熊猫故乡——卧龙自然保护区就设在这里。但 2008 年汶川地震，

卧龙熊猫基地遭到破坏，熊猫也已全部转移到雅安碧峰峡基地。参观

双桥沟。双桥沟全长 34.8 公里，主要以雪峰、牧场、草地、森林等为

主，是四姑娘山最美丽的一条沟。沟内搭建两座木桥，一座由杨柳木

搭建而成，俗称杨柳桥；另一座由红杉木搭建而成，俗称便桥。双桥沟由此得名。景区内分三段。前段为阴

阳谷，日月宝镜山，五色山等；中段为撵鱼坝，包括人参果坪、沙棘林等；后段为牛棚子草坪和长河滩，内

有阿妣山，猎人峰，血筑墙垣等景点。沟内有观光车直达沟尾，可以毫不费力，轻松观赏沟内奇景。双桥沟

在茫茫林海里穿梭延伸，历经沧桑的翠柏青松郁郁葱葱，飞瀑流泉在密林中哗哗作响。这边河水飞沫扬涛，

那道泉水叮咚做响，仿佛在共同吟唱不朽的诗句。四姑娘措犹如一片巨大的明镜，湖水清澈，枯木老树静

立，青山森林倒影其中，犹如一幅立体水墨画，显得一片静谧的神圣之美。既有低山地带常见的成片桦木

林、柏杨林、青枫林，也有高山地带的云杉、冷杉、红杉还有成片的沙棘、灌木、落叶松。

建议：参观双桥沟时可以乘坐观光车直接到最高最远的红杉林，然后往回走。从红杉林到四姑娜措是双桥沟

最美的景色。小径幽幽，婀娜多姿，走着都是一种享受。

注：因景区内的选择有限，建议携带食物和水。您可以自费骑马，费用因路程长短而异。

Day 08 Mount Siguniang – Maobiliang Ridge – Chengdu

四姑娘山风景区 – 巴朗山 - 猫鼻梁 - 成都 250km,5hours

After breakfast, visit Changping Valley. Changping has a beauty all of its own

along its 30km length. In autumn the leaves all turn varying shades of red, gold, and

amber, which covers the wooded hills of the valley. As the leaves drop in late

autumn, the valley is covered with a carpet of red and gold leaves, leaving the bare

branches of the trees looking like thin fingers reaching toward the sky. Afterwards,

we will retrace back to Chengdu via Maobiling Ridge, a place where we could enjoy the full view of the Mount

Shiguniang. Stay overnight at Chengdu.

Note: There is no restaurant in the valley, we suggest you to take some food and beverage.

早餐后参观长坪沟。长坪沟全长约 29公里，主要以森林，峡谷及峡谷顶上的雪山组成，景色壮美，四姑娘山

最高峰——么妹峰就坐落于此。景区内有木骡子，樟木寨，古柏幽道，喇嘛寺，甘海子及高数十米的飞瀑，

并有奇石之景。长坪沟神圣的喇嘛寺建在半山上，是长坪沟公路的尽头，也是长坪沟风景区的开始，是游览

长坪沟的必经之地，也是栈道的起点。从会师桥沿公路向下走不远就是喇嘛寺，它是小金县境内保护最好也

是最大的喇嘛寺，已有 2000 多年历史。樟木寨是当地最大的嘉绒藏寨，保留有嘉绒藏族特有的建筑风格，民

风纯朴。木骡子位于四姑娘山北面山脚，海拔 3,760 米的大草坪，也是长坪沟的最后一个观景点。木骡子内

的高山草甸以及沼泽，被以四川红杉为主体的高山暗针叶林包围，形成壮观的植物景观特色。尔后告别四姑

娘山风景区，经巴朗山和猫鼻梁返回天府之国-成都。巴朗山又称‘斑斓山’，海拔 5040m，位于卧龙自然保

护区至四姑娘山风景区之间。猫鼻梁，海拔 3,300m是观赏四姑娘山全貌和日出、日落的最佳地点，猫鼻梁远

眺，前面是海子沟，后面是四姑娘山，风景绝对的震撼。夜宿成都。

注：景区内没有餐厅，建议携带食物和水。您可以自费骑马，费用因路程长短而异。

Day 09 Depart from Chengdu 成都送机

End of journey. You will be transferred to airport for your next generation.

行程结束，机场送机。
