• Avoid large volume of diagrams

• Simple figures and tables

• Spread into different slides if too much information

• Large font

• Don’t design for the readers to take time to read the slide

1. At the same time lower your memorizing capability

2. When the audience are reading the ppt, the capability for absorbing what you are expressing is lowered.

3. Try to design your ppt as simple as possible without taking time to read
