research of how important the core is to everything we do in every day life.

exercise and physical activity on student

I also gave the staff packets of different exercises they could do with their students right in their classrooms and at their desks

I’m not entirely sure of what to expect from this class, but from the looks of it, it will definitely be different than the 1st two classes of this degree I’m pursuing. I don’t foresee any anatomy discussions coming

from this class
