The appliance may only be used in private homes andauxiliary rooms to vacuum clean dry dust material.

Using the device fora different purpose causes the damageon the device.

It may be used only for cleaning hard floors and textile floorcoverings, carpets, upholstered furniture, mattresses, furniture,heating radiators and curtains.

Check if all filters have been inserted properly before usingthe appliance. The appliance must not be used without filters.

Filter System The Fakir Heroic Filter-System allows you to adjust thequality of the dust filtration to meet your needs. The vacuumcleaner will only display its filter properties that are soimportant to allergy sufferers when all the filters are used.Almost all pollen, mites and fine dust from a size of 0.1 ?mwill be filtered out. Setting the length of the suction tube• Use your thumb to press the slide element in the di-rection of the arrow.• Hold the lower part of the pipe in your other hand. Nowpull or push the suction tube to the required length.• The vacuum cleaner is now ready for use.

Vacuum cleaning Before use, ensure that all filters and the right dust bag havebeen inserted and that these are not damaged. The optimumfiltering level, which is so important for allergy sufferers, isonly reached when intact filters are used that are insertedcorrectly.

WARNING!Check the appliance and the power cable before use. Faultyappliances may cause injury and should not be used.

• Attach the required nozzle.• Pull out the power supply cable by means of the plug untilthe required length is reached and insert the plug into amains socket.• Press the foot button "On/Off" to switch on the vacuumcleaner.• Set the required suction level.

You can also regulate the suction level by means of thesuction control on the handle of the suction hose. Use thiscontrol (slide valve) to reduce the suction level for briefperiods of time. During normal vacuum cleaning, this slidevalve should remain closed.Use the section level control for permanent reduction ofthe suction level to save energy.

Filter change indicator When the dust bag or filters are full or if the accessories areblocked (hose, pipe, nozzle), the filter change indicator willshine To ensure correct analysis, the maximum suctionlevel needs to be set and the floor nozzle lifted from thefloor.In this case, change the dust container or blocked filter orremedy the blockage

WARNING!Follow the steps below as soon as you stop vacuumcleaning. Never leave the appliance unattended.

• Press the foot button "On/Off" to switch off the vacuumcleaner.• Remove the plug from the mains socket.• Press the foot button "cable rewind” to reel in the ca-ble. Gently guide the cable with your hand until the cablehas been completely wound in and the plug rests snuglyagainst the opening.

Storage • Insert the park holder of the floor nozzle into the nozzleholderon the underneath of the appliance.• Store the vacuum cleaner in a place that is out of the reachof children.

CAUTION!Never place the appliance next to heat sources and avoiddirect sunlight, as the heat may damage the vacuumcleaner.

Only use original Fakir filters.This is the only way to ensure that the excellent filter pro-perties of the vacuum cleaner are utilised.

Maintenance 1.Spilling rubbish from the dust compartment subassemblyAlways operate the cleaner with the dust compartmentsubassembly whole installed.The dust container must be emptied if the window of thefilter indicator turns fully red when the cleaner is operatingat maximum power and the nozzle is raised from the floor.1. After removing the flexible tube, handhold handle and pressthe locking buttons in two sides.2.Take out the dustcup.3.Press the lock of dustcup's lower cover.4.Carry away the dust-glass cap and Spill rubbish5.Replace the dust compartment subassembly until it is locked.

2. Cleaning and changing filter or HEPAFilter for air-inlet should be cleaned at least twice a year orwhen it becomes visible solid.Clean HEPA for air-let when you find it is filled in.HEPA for air-inlet and filter for air-outlet are changed.Always operate the cleaner with filters and HEPA installed.Otherwise, reduced suction or motor damage may be result.Disconnect from electrical outlet, before cleaning filter.Do not use a washing machine to rinse filter.Do not use hair drier to dry it.

3. Changing the sponge filter1. Open the cover for sponge filter.2. When open the cover for filter, use your two fingerspulling ouch for filter, and then pulling sponge up.3. Rinse sponge in lukewarm water and dry spongecompletely. OR Take the sponge out and change a clean one.4. Close the cover for sponge filler.

NOTICE!Change the HEPA filter every 12 - 18 months.

WARNING!Switch off the vacuum cleaner and disconnect the plug fromthe mains socket before cleaning the appliance. This ensuresthat the appliance is not switched on unintentionally.

CAUTION!Do not use cleaning detergents, abrasive agents oralcohol as these will damage the casing.Only dry-wipe the appliance or clean with a damp cloth.You can also clean the filter chamber with a damp clothif necessary.Suction accessories such as the hose, pipes or nozzlesshould be regularly checked for blockages, cleaned and,washed and dried.

Waste disposal If the service life of the device has ended, in particular iffunctional disturbances occur, make the worn-out deviceunusable by cutting through the power cable.

Dispose of the device according to the environmental regu-lations applicable in your country.

Electrical waste must not be disposed of together with hou-sehold waste. Bring the worn-out device to a collection center.

The packaging of the device consists of recycling-capablematerials. Place these, sorted out according to material, inthe collectors provided, so that recycling can be carried outon them.
