Human resource. A successful project manager should be sensitive to people and situations. A project manager should be

able to facilitate, coach, provide constructive criticism when required, have the ability to build a team, delegate well, be

sensitive to wants and needs, and offer praise when appropriate.

Communication. A successful project manager should be able to communicate

with all stakeholders and team members on a project.
