“I'm supporting this organization. I think it has better

odds of success than other efforts I've seen for

promoting free enterprise. Also I never thought in my

lifetime, private industry would have found itself in

the defensive position it's in today.”

— Michael Mansfield, CEO Mansfield Oil

Who We Are

Co-founded by entrepreneurs like The Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus, we help job creators across the country to inform and inspire their employees.

Our goal is to help job creators educate America’s hard working people on how government policy impacts their pocketbooks and livelihoods.

We are the voice of America’s makers, thinkers and doers that has been lost in the debate locally and across our nation.

E2E Proof of Concept

Scott Verner, president & CEO, allowed JCN to poll nearly 300

employees.

The employees were asked their opinions regarding the

Affordable Care Act and other economic issues.

Polling was done anonymously through 3rd Party Research

House Equation Research and Illumina Insights and Strategy.

41

Page 17: Job Creators Network Presentation

A baseline poll was conducted in the summer, before employees

were exposed to E2E content.

A final poll was conducted in early November, after roughly half of

the survey respondents had been exposed to E2E content.

MOVING THE DIAL: Respondents in the final survey who had been

exposed to E2E content demonstrated a substantial shift in their

opinions over a wide range of issues.

Mansfield Oil 600 employees – Will replicate the professional survey and

methods used for NIPRO.

Employees will be surveyed before program begins to gain a

“baseline” understanding of their views and knowledge.

President Dough Haugh will conduct initial town hall for all 600

employees on Feb 27.

Employees will receive survey and then be exposed to JCN

materials, replicating what occurred with NIPRO, with final

survey to measure change of attitude.

Page 28: Job Creators Network Presentation

NLRB General Counsel joint employer ruling on franchised businesses has the potential to kill a huge job creation system that has been very successful in America: nearly $1 trillion in GDP and over 9 million direct jobs and millions more indirect.

Ruling would especially hurt minority and female owned businesses. (1 in 5 franchised businesses are owned by a minority.)

JCN commits to campaign to bring light to issue with campaign that was started in Q4 with January launch date.
