ケーブル取付方法 Cabling Procedures

■BNC-P/(J) ■N-P/(J)

1. ケーブルに締付金具、座金、ガスケットの順に挿入する。次にケーブル外装をカットし、クランプを挿入する。 Install crimping collect, washer, then the gasket on the end of the cable. Cut off the outer jacket of the cable and place the clamp on the cable.

2. シールドをほぐしてクランプへ折返し、カットする。次にケーブル絶縁体をカットする。 Turn the braid back over the clamp, cut it, then cut off the insulation of the center conductor.

3. 中心コンタクトとケーブル芯線を半田付けする。 Solder the center conductor to the center contact of the connector.

4. 本体へケーブルを挿入し、締付金具で固定する。 Insert the cable into the shell and fix it with the Crimping Collet.

1. ケーブルに締付金具、座金、ガスケットの順に挿入する。次にケーブル外装をカットし、クランプを挿入する。 Install crimping collect, washer, then the gasket on the end of the cable. Cut off the outer jacket of the cable and place the clamp on the cable.

2. シールドをほぐしてクランプへ折返し、余分なシールドをクランプの段に合わせカットする。次にブッシングを挿入し、ブッシングの端面に合わせケーブル絶縁体をカットする。 Turn the braid over the clamp and cut it at the length of the clamp. Next, put the bushing on the cable and cut off the insulation of the center conductor.

3. 中心コンタクトとケーブル芯線を半田付けする。次に絶縁体を挿入する。 Solder the center conductor to the center contact of the connector. Then, insert the insulation.

4. 本体へケーブルを挿入し、締付金具で固定する。 Insert the cable into the shell and fix it with the Crimping Collet.


ケーブル取付方法 Cabling Procedures


■BNC-BJ ■SMB-P/(J), SS-P/(BJ) ■SML-P

1. 締付金具を挿入してケーブル外装をカットし、シールドをほぐさないで広げる。 Slide clamp nut over cable end, strip cable to dimensions shown and flare shield without loosening.

2. 余分なシールドをカットして、残りを後方にまくり返し、次にケーブル絶縁体をカットする。 Trim shield and tuck it up against the cable end and strip center conductor to dimensions shown.

3. 本体(B)へケーブルを挿入し締付金具をスパナで締めつけた後、芯線を半田付けする。 Accommodate the cable in Shell(B), pinch it with a spanner and solder the conductor.

4. 上記までを完了したら、本体(A)に挿入して、スパナで締付けて完了となる。 Put Shell (A) on the assembly as above and pinch it with a spanner to complete cabling. *テーパーナットの締付用ボックススパナをご利用下さい。 Tightening tapered nut is effectively accomplished by use of our optional box wrench.

1. ケーブル外装をカットし、フェルールを挿入する。 Cut off outer jacket of the cable end and insert it into ferrule.

2. シールドをほぐして折返し、余分なシールドをフェルールの段に合わせてカットする。次にケーブル絶縁体をカットする。 Turn the braid back over the ferrule and cut it at the length of the ferrule. Then, cut the insulation of the cable.

3. 本体へケーブルを挿入する。 Insert the cable end into the connector shell.

4. 圧着工具(SST-009)にて本体、中心コンタクトの順にケーブルに圧着する。最後に中心コンタクト先端から出ている中心導体をカットする。 First crimp the connector shell with the SST-009 tool, then crimp the cable. Then, trim the center conductor.

1. ケーブル外装をカットし、フェルールを挿入する。 Cut off outer jacket at the cable end and insert it into ferrule.

2. シールドをほぐして折返し、余分なシールドをフェルールの段に合わせてカットする。次にケーブル絶縁体をカットする。 Turn the braid back over the ferrule and cut it at the length of the ferrule. Then, cut the insulation of the cable.

3. 中心コンタクトとケーブル芯線を半田付けする。 Solder the center conductor of the cable to the center contact of the connector.

4. 本体へケーブルを挿入し、圧着工具(SST-001)にてケーブルに圧着する。 Insert the cable end into the connector shell and crimp it with the SST-01 tool.
