My Dremas J

I think everyone has at least one dream, and I also have many dreams in life. I want to be an

expert on international development and cooperation.

'International development cooperation' means the act that between developed-developing

countries, developing-developing countries, developing countries reduce the gap between wealth

and development

Many efforts and actions of the international community to protect human rights in devloping

countries with problem of poverty are already undertaken.

I would like to participate in this work. My goal is to work in KOICA(KOrea International

Cooperation Agency).

In this winter vacation, I want to join Overseas Volunteers in Vietnam. I had to submit an

application two weeks ago. so I sent the application ! 뚜둥 !!!

There was no name on the list of successful applicants documents. My heart.. is..

But !! Next opportunity is waiting for me ! I will apply next time again ~ ❤

and When I was a young, I wanted to be a fire-fighter to save people in danger. I wanted to do

active work more than office work. Because I thought it worthwhile to feel happy with the

field work. But I lost a dream to qualify due to inadequate physical defects. Fire-fighter must

have a strong lungs. I have weak respiratory system innately. so I just have to see the stars..

And then I read a book.

The book is “왜 세계의

book says that 'True

peace and freedom on

the ground before it

can soothe the hunger

make freedom and

justice for all people is

not present'

'Unless doing your responsibility to each other, in the future there will be no man' I felt

interesting this phrase. THE author, Jean Ziegler is one of the prominent researchers published

an article about hunger issues in the relationship between poverty and the social structure.

After reading the book, I have interested in social relations and diplomacy. so I have studied

politics and diplomacy now. Interestingly, in 1984, according to the UN Food and Agriculture

Organization, there was producing enough food to feed 12 billion people by the current

agricultural production. Today, the world population increased by 7.3 billion people, but

agricultural production has developed more than before.

we can say that " Why don't you study this part? this is a problem for all of us. We should

have an interest in trying to deal with the problem." Small things happening around us can

become a global problem. The most recent issue is the problem of the many problems with

environmental problem.

Three major environmental problems are global warming, depletion of the ozone layer, climate

change. Global warming is a hot topic in the news these days. We fight the causes of global

warming. Human beings are responsible for global warming. In Korea, Global warming is already

changing the eco-system. Even worse, global warming is changing the Earth's climate. It is

slowly melting away polor bear homes.

One of the major environmental problems these days is the depletion of the ozone layer. The

ozone layer is important as it protects the Earth from the damaging ultraviolet rays of the

sun. But the ozone layer is being destroyed. Today, many countries all around the world are

trying to protect the ozone layer. And climate change is as important as depletion of the ozone

layer.

So, As one of the world people, I began to practice an effort to solve this problem. Have you

heard "UNEP Angel" ? The UNEP Angel under UNEP(United Nations Environment Programme)

Korea Committee is university students union who love the environment. UNEP Angel is the

purpose of generally contribute to the international efforts to reduce global environmental

degradation by calling for enhancement of environmental awareness and practical participation

of the public. so I could do behaviors.

I cleaned the rubbish in the streets around the school with the unep angel people.

After the end of the street clean up, activities were very rewarding.

The World Day of protecting the ozone layer is september sixteenth. so Learning department

of Unepangel in gwangju was produced the panels for the World Day of Ozone Layer Protection

Campaign. The picture is .. !!

We have made air freshener

by recycling coffee grounds.

World Ozone Layer Protection Day, on the eve of the campaign day,

we took a commemorative photo.

In the following pages, it has been made ready for the campaign in each department(public

relations department, public relations department, learning department). so we had a campaign

at Chonnam National University back door with a lot of people. We explained the needs to many

people for the protection of the ozone layer. Also we had time to worry with people what we

can do to practice environmental protection. I felt happy with the campaign activity. I want to

do these activities, I would like to share happiness with many people. I think that 'true

happiness' is to get through the sharing with people.

There are many students all over the country who love the environment. Besides, Concern for

the environment is the same as the interest in international development cooperation. So I want

to study international development cooperation in the future as well as the environment. I

would like to work in the field.

What i want to work list!

Above all things, The best of best in my dreams is to be a good father. The biggest drema is

to marry a wife who live happy with me. so I'm trying to make a baby who looks just like me.

Once I get a baby, I will spend a lot of my time with family. I want to be a father who is

sometimes like a friend. My drema is not special. just, I want to live with wife and my baby.

And I think, To love and to be loved is the greatest happiness in life. Jerry.. Why don't you

find your girlfriend?!! ..!! yeah.. I wish I want to love ~ ^^
