How you use itIt’s quick and easy to get started, just take these 3 steps:

1. Take a Free Trial

Go to www.ProjectManager.com and click on the “Free Trial” button. As soon as you’ve completed the online form, an account will automatically be setup for you and you’ll be taken to the Portfolio Dashboard, which is the central place from which to manage your projects. On this page, you can view the summarized status of all your projects. You can also click on the Building, Software and Publishing sample projects at the top, to take a look around.

2. Create a Project

When you’re ready to create your own project, click on the “New” button at the top right. Then enter your project details and you’ll be taken to the Task page, to create your first task list.

3. Enter New Tasks

On the Tasks page, you can enter all of your project tasks and schedule them to be completed. You can create links between tasks and assign resources, notes and alerts as you wish.

It’s as easy as that. In 3 simple steps, you will have created a new project and scheduled the tasks to be completed. If you want, you can now assign new users to your account so that your entire team can login to access the project plan and record their time and expenses from anywhere in the world, at any time.
