● is an interdisciplinary team to support, encourage and lead the
creation of MOOCs at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM)
● Supported by the Vice-Chancellor of Educational Technologies

There are many different roles in this team:
● Program director: to manage the course creation process
● Legal advice, marketing, multimedia and IT staff: to support the
creation and delivery of the content
● Academics and teaching assistants: to design and deliver the content
● Data Czar: to define and lead the overall research strategy around course
data
