An accumulator can maintain the pressure in a system for periods when there are slight leaks without the pump being cycled on and off constantly. When temperature changes cause pressure excursions the accumulator helps absorb them.

Dual-color Injection Moulding Machine Clear color change hover-type injection molding machine

Mixed dual color jet and two component jet which are matched with special designing complex nozzle can produce special patterns and different colors on the base of using original mould, and increase the additive production value.

With finest steel and most innovatory ion-nitriding process, the hardness of screw and barrel reaches above HV950 to ensure high wear resistance. With such features as limitations for screw cold starts, broken wire detection, and etc., a PID temperature controller is used to control the temperature at 1 . Rotary table wouldn't be touched the platen, thus reducing the damage possibility. Besides, with accurate confirmation of the rotation position, it will protect the molds themselves. Two isolated barrel sets inject the same time to reduce the cycle time to gain more profits for customers.Superior hydraulic design system ensures the decrease of tube pressure. Assembled with pump and motor, it can lower the machine's noise to 80DB below.High torque and excellent performance of hydraulic motor can drive screw directly and shorten plasticizing time so as to save energy.

Characteristics of products

With an accuracy reaching 0.1 mm, linear potentiometers are used in the two injection sets and clamping molds to accurately control mold closing and opening and the whole injection process.By virtue of PRO/ENGINEER computer's designed clamping system, the clamp stroke and distance between tie bars have been enlarged for versatile usage. This type of machine is equipped with the 180 degree rotary table which can put two molds to produce two component products.DKM has designed two sets of core equipments on the rotary table and cooling system in the molds as well.

DKM constantly upgrades the quality of its much prided machine. The clamping force of this machine is 1000 tons, and the rotary table diameter is 1600mm. Main Characteristics,1.Machine designed in modularity, clamping part and injection part can be assembled in multi-ways, which expand the range of application.2.Two separated sets of injection elements, which are located in parallel, could be customized according to injection weight of the plastic part. 4.Two sets of injection part can do the injection at the same time. Double color product can be made at one time, shortening the cycle time rapidly.5.Mold-closing parts adopt twin toggle, five diagonal hinges, involutes clamping device.All Parameters are optimized by the computer-specific software.

6.Two separated sets of hydraulic ejection system. Multi ejector ways can be chosen. 7.Rotary Table of moving clamp plate with double station and bidirectional 180 ,adopted with high quality Proportional Directional-flow valve to control hydraulic motor or drive the servo machine. The pressure and speed of rotary are sectional controlled, ensuring the quickness, stability and accuracy of the rotating.

8.Rotary plate adopt the imported needle bearing with high quality, long life and axial moving, coupled with fixed locating pin and hydraulic locating pin to locate together , ensuring the accuracy of rotary plate location and safety of the mould.

9.The connection system between rotary plate and cooling system is very convenient. The cooling water needed in the moving part can be easily connected from rotary plate, in this way, avoid the twine between the water pipes.

10.Two separate sets of Proportional pressure flow control oil system are used for controlling of driving two sets of injection part and two sets of hydraulic ejection system.11.The stroke of two sets of injection parts, two sets of ejector parts and the mould opening and closing are controlled by electronic rulers.12.The good design of the oil routes with the world well-known brand control valve and pump make the whole machine arrive to the best work condition.

13.The computer specialized for the double injection machine with the colorful large screen LCD displayer and special operation interface, have a fine man-machine interactive performance.

14.Double color/ double material products' formation being done in one step reduce the shrinkage and improve the quality of the appearance of the products, in this way the additional value of the products is enhanced.

High efficientDKM Electro-hydraulic servo system uses the slim motor design which the moment of inertia is small, coupled with the most advanced DSP computing device, to realize the oriented vector control of magnetic field. The system has fast response. Part of the servo motor can reach the maximum speed 2,500 r/min, and the change of the speed from zero to maximum speed only needs 36 ms. Actions, such as the opening and closing of the mould, injection table movement, ejector pin moving forward and backward, are obviously speed up, shortening the formation cycle time and improving productivity.

PVC series:Based on the design of our general-purpose machine, we developed the PVC power Injection Molding Machine that ensures the strict requirements of PVC products.1 Specialized PVC plasticization components, hard chrome plated screw, nozzle ( with bigger nozzle hole),and nozzle flange are adopted to ensure the quality of PVC production and extend the life of the mechanical parts.
