Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the level of the administrative evaluation in subdistrict administrative organization in Banglane, Nakornphathom and to study the problems in administration in subdistrict administrative organization in Banglane, Nakornphathom. The population and sampling were personnel of 178 in the district. The research tool was a questionnaire then analyzes data using statistical frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results sound that:
