• 1950年代の専門化の流れはジェネラリストの減少に
つながった Increased specialization in the 1950’s led to decrease number of generalists
• 専門医は追加の研修を受けた Specialists had extra training
• 総合診療医への敬意が失われた Loss of prestige for G.P’s

地域のニーズや環境、資源には地域差がある上、若手医師の興味、タイプ、能力も様々である。
