校本訓輔合一的實踐 ( 輔導篇 ). 何榮蔭老師 香港布廠商會朱石麟中學. 校本「訓輔合一」的背景. 1990 年 《 教育統籌委員會第四號報告書 》 建議學校推行學校本位輔導方式,提升教育質素。 2000 年 《 香港教育制度改革建議 》 報告 確立了「終身學習、全人發展」為二十一世紀的教育目標。 訓輔工作是學校教育重要的一環,能促進學生全人發展,並有助營造融洽有序的學習環境和預防學生行為問題。透過訓輔工作,學生可建立正確的價值觀和培養必須的生活技巧包括自律、溝通、批判思考和解難的能力等,以適應社會急促的轉變,並為未來投身社會作好準備。. 校本「訓輔合一」的理念. - PowerPoint PPT PresentationTRANSCRIPT
