Main achievements by component

• DAFO: Agreement of DAFO based on quick study in village method used at the beginning. The bamboo forest area has been

identified without PLUP or CM, and approved by DAFO for preparing FM Plan. FM Plan is prepared later. Takes time and problems of village boundaries appear later sometimes.

• PLUP: Participatory Land Use Planning method used in 2012. Full PLUP has been done in the village, including the

identification of bamboo forests for FM Plan. FM Plan is prepared later. Method is good but takes time.

• CM: Combined Method Method used since beginning of 2013, in order to speed up the

preparation of FM Plans. Consists in checking of boundaries and identification of forest areas, together with preparation of FM Plan at the same time.
