If you have a flexi loan of RM300,000 and you’ve deposited RM100,000 into the linked current account, your loan interest will based on RM300,000 – RM100,000 = RM200,000.

most flexi loans do come with a fixed monthly fees (usually RM10 per month) to maintain the current account, 

2) PackageSemi Flexi

If you have a flexi loan of RM300,000 and you’ve deposited RM100,000 into the linked current account, your loan interest will still base on Loan Amount RM300,000.

most semi flexi loans do come with a withdrawal fee of RM50/RM100 per withdrawal if there is any access payment withdrawal done by borrower(s).

Memorandum of Contract

Applicable to : All Ranking

Frequency: Yearly

Review Period: Financial Year (1st April – 31st March)

Requirement Section 1.0

1.1 All Ranking must undergo New Consultant Orientation.

1.2 All Ranking must fulfill your requirement to sustain your position.

1.3 All Ranking who failure to meet your MOC will be downgrade.

1.4 PFC who bring zero sales for 3 consecutive months will be terminated.

1.5 PFC is not allow to switch group after joined. No Exclusion except Husband & Wife with Married Cert ONLY.

1.6 PFC is allow to transfer provided existing immediate leader agreed.

1.7 All Ranking must fulfill personal sales according to the PFC MOC.

Promotion

PFC who serve with company at least 12 months from the date of joined and sales volume achieve personal sales of RM12million with 5 financial consultants will be promote to Personal Financial Manager/UM at the following month.

PFC who serve with company at least 12 months from the date of joined and sales volume achieve personal sales of RM24million acceptance with will be promote to Senior Personal Financial Consultant at the following month and enjoy the increment of commission rate.

Direct Appointment of Personal Financial Manager/UM 70% of the sales qualifying target is applicable to new Direct

Appointment for first years from contracted date.

Full Manpower requirement will follow an existing Personal Financial Manager/UM as in Requirements above.

Direct Appoint Personal Financial Manager/UM who fail to achieve company requirement will be demote to be Personal Financial Consultant.

Duty of Personal Financial Manager/UM

Assist Direct & Indirect Financial Consultant to meet their target.

To sustain own contract with Company.

Provide Training to New Direct & Indirect Financial Consultants.

Downgrade

Personal Financial Manager/UM who found to be non compliant to their yearly MOC can be given extension of 6 months to catch up on their shortfall PLUS pro-rated current MOC requirements but is subjected to Director’s recommendation and approval.

Personal Financial Manager/UM who do not fulfill the extension requirements at the end of the grace period will be downgraded with immediate effect.

Personal Financial consult who reporting directly to the downgraded Personal Financial Manager/UM will remain unchanged.

Parallel

Parallel ranking would not enjoy any overriding benefit.

Reinstatement

Applicable : All Ranks

ALL MOC requirements must be duly fulfilled.

If rejoin consultant reinstatement is not done within the same financial year, all the manpower will be transfer to the immediate leader who still available and meet MOC.

Termination/Resignation

Applicable : All Ranks

Consultant who wish to resign from the Company must submit a duly signed resignation letter stating the reason of resignation.

The consultant will be terminated who misconduct to customer.

In the event that resignee is a Personal Financial Manager/Unit Manager, all consultant under this unit will be transferred to the immediate leader provided direct leader still available and meet MOC.

Rejoin will consider as New Financial Consultant irregardless previous ranking.

Death

Applicable : All Ranks

Upon a death of consultant, the immediate leader or relatives of the deceased must inform the company by providing a copy of his/her Death Certificate for filing purpose.

Termination of the consultant will take effect from the date of death.

If the deceased happen to be a Financial Manager or Group Financial Manager, all of the down lines will be transferred to immediate leader.

SPM Level with at least 5 subjects’ passes including Bahasa Malaysia

Able to communicate in bilingual at least

Not a bankrupt, convicted a serious fraud, heavily in debt or blacklisted

Registration Fee RM100, You will gain Training Material and Financial Excel Calculator.
