VG: Hypertensie, type A dissectie wv Ao-bioprothese en Ao-Asc

Rx: Valsartan 160mg, metoprolol 2dd 100mg, atorvastatine 1dd

RvK: Via longarts i.v.m. dyspnoe d’effort

A: Al jaren snel vermoeid en dyspnoe d’effort, nu sinds aantal

maanden toename klachten. Oedeem/orthopneu- AR ca. 300

meter. Bij longarts licht gestoorde diffusie, geen verklaring ernst

klachten

LO: vitale dame, RR 160/90 mmHg, pols 68/min RA, CVD niet

verhoogd. Hart en longen: gb
