ACT I

Scene Setup:-golf mat should be placed at door

-hula hoop should be in front of Grimms desk

-Christmas lights: if possible the colorful ones should be around the location of the door-

axon hllock

-Christmas lights: if possible the plain ones should be around the front of the room, and

may curve around

-T-tubule toilet paper should be placed by the side by the desks

-the golf things: perhaps make them a little bigger? should be placed near the muscle

cell membrane so that it is ready for action potential

[Enter All]

This is a motor unit. Lets see whats going on! Brain Blast!? [Magnifying Glass?]

[immediately after, Matt (Tiger) should be ready at the door with the golf mat set out]

____ (Caddy) : Uhh, Im unfamiliar with the golf terms... so fill in this blank

[tiger swings, who cares if he makes it or not]

Others: IMPULSE! seems way too overused. Perhaps change it?

[Tony enters as Calcium Superhero Guy_____and makes some awesome entrance into the

hula hoop]

[He begins to undergo exocytosis near the membrane of the nerve as he breaks the membrane,

and releases a bunch of cookies into the cleft.]

[Tony quickly takes the hat off and joins the pre-established chemical-gated human channel](gate can be hands?)

[Ardi (salt-horse) enters first by throwing salt across the channel and then goes through

somehow]

[Andy (The cookie monster) appears]

[Ardi is now inside the muscle cell. He sees all these other happy smiling dancing people.]

Ardi: Hot damn, I have such a high concentration of saltiness, let me spread the level of being

pissed. (pissed voice)

[Ardi walks over a very short distance (everyone should be spaced a small amount) and a

certain amount of salt shall be given to the next person, and will continue.]

[As each person gets their amount of salt, they become pissed and stop dancing.]

[represent somehow that this pissed energy creates a -55mV charge (signs?), thus initiating the

next scene.]

[enter: Ardi (MVP salt or pot), Matt (MVP salt or pot?), Leah (voltage gated potassium channel),

Andy (voltage gated sodium channel)]

[enter: Alice (-55mV charge and ATP)]

[MVP is phosphoralated and lets the 3 sodium ions out, and 2 potassium ions in]

[voltage sodium is activated by -55mV and lets sodium enter]

[voltage potassium activated by -55mV lets potassium out]

...this should continue along the T-tubule as the charge approaches the SR

ACT II

Scene Setup:

-SR should be placed near the T-tubules with Tony ready to go still in the cheese

costume

-actin should quickly put on some black representation

-myosin should quickly put on some red representation as well as hats and some

variation to show tropomyosin

-Alice should be ready with the Monsters and ATP recycling?- Creatine Phosphate

[enter actin and myosin (opposite sides) with myosin and actin on floor?]

[Tony in the SR gets zaped and quickly exits through the channel]

Tony (cheese): Through this channel of fun, I am finally free! (or something of that variation)

[Tony quickly exits and some bones will be pumped back into the SR]

Tony: Go to hell calcium. You didnt have to abandon all of your friends here you know?

[Tony quickly attaches bones to the hats, in which they are put in some unusual fashion

exposing the head]

[the actin and myosin will then form a cross bridge in which Alice with ATP will come in]

ATP will be split into ADP+Pi with the use of waterin which will put the myosin head in a (this

one is for you Ardi) COCKed postion. In this case, once the ADP+Pi is released (thrown to Alicein a very rude matter :D) the actin will be pushed by the myosin heads. REPEAT TILL AT THE

CENTER. As for relaxing, we need to figure something out.

ACT III and HALVES

Scene Setup:

-Leah should be ready as Lord VoldeMORTIS

-Harry Potter should be ready (spells should be ready: FatGlucoseTransformationASE?-

makes lots of sugar) (LiverTurnGlycogenIntoGlucoseASE?)

-energy girl should be ready with the McDonalds Bag and the Liver Glucose

Concerns:

MAKE SURE THE CLASS CAN SEE YOU PUTTING THE BALL, IF NOT, THEN MOVE THE

MAT WAY IN FRONT SO THAT THE CLASS HAS AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING
