This incident has reminded us there are any various unpredictable risks in the process of maintenance work. We must Complete or perfect in every respect of the preventive measure and procedure. And then we could reduce or stopped the ongoing accident ASAP.

三. 执行方式的建议 Performance suggestions 修理坞移动的注意事项

Docking Moving Notes:

每次修理坞的移动必须由一个有经验的的管

理人员(全职的经理人员)策划或指挥。在移动

之前,管理人员必须向小组成员讲述移动修理

坞的注意事项和规则。

Each move needs to be managed by an experienced manager (a member of the full time management team). Prior to the move, the manager must brief the team on precautions and rules.

1、 确保阵风风速不超过每小时30公里。检查

机场天气预报,以确保没有风暴进入该地

区。

Ensure that the winds are not gusting about 30 kilometers per hour. Check airport forecast to ensure that no storm cells are moving into the area.

2、 获取轮脚刹车,以确保修理坞不能被移

动,需要将所有四个角的轮子做前后移动

的检查。

Obtain wheel chocks to secure the dock so that it cannot roll. Need front and back wheel checks for all four corners.

3、 确保有足够的人员安全地移动修理坞,移

动修理坞的人手不应少于30人。

Ensure enough personnel to safely move the dock, never move it with less than 30 people.

4、 在将修理坞移出机库之前,确保所有的伸

出滑板收回并锁定到位

Prior to moving it outdoors insure that all sliders are retracted and locked in place.

5、 检查以确保在修理坞上没有任何工具,零

部件,紧固件或其他物件,以避免异物从

平台上跌落击伤下面的人员。

Inspect to make sure that no tools, parts, fasteners or other objects are anywhere on the platforms to avoid things falling onto people.

6、 确保所有液压轴承完全收回并上锁 Ensure that all hydraulic rams are fully retracted and locked.

7、 分配两个人担任安全观察员(如在飞机移

动时在大翼下方的观察者)。如果需要停

Assign two people to act as safety observers (like wing walkers on an airplane move). They should have signaling devices such as whistles to give alerts if movement needs to stop.

Under no circumstances should these docks be moved near an airplane.while outdoors.

If for some reason control of the dock is lost, all employees are to get out of its way until it comes to rest.
