In a Harvard Business Review article called

Leadership That Gets Results, Daniel Goleman cites

a Hay/McBer research which shows that up to 30%

of a company's financial results (as measured by

key business performance indicators such as

revenue growth, return on sales, efficiency and

profitability) are determined by the climate of the

organization.

A Free Being

The human beings are free,

but sometimes we act as if we were not

40

A Free Being

41

What do you see here?. Don’t answer. Just think in what you see

A Free Being

42

What do you see now?.

A Free Being

43

What do you see now?. Things change with the point of view

A Free Being

What do you see now?. Things change with the point of view

Each one perceive the reality through his own map

Team Awareness

• Imagine that all of you are a team.

• Your goal is count down from 17 to 0 as fast as possible.

• But, there are several conditions:

• Put in a circle and close your eyes.

• No signs, no words, no communication during the exercise.

• You can’t say a figure after the colleague at your right or left.

• Each member of the team must say one figure at least.

• The maximum number of figures for a single member is three.

• If there is overlapping saying the figures, the count down must be restarted.

45

Team Awareness

• What was the goal you focused on?

• What was the key to success?

• How did you feel during the exercise?

46

Wrap up

• Corporate Health is the key of sustainable success.

• Executive coaching is a consolidate tool in managers and team development
