LI M UNgy nay cng vi s pht trin ca khoa hc k thut, nn cng nghip mang li cho con ngi nhng li ch v cng to ln v vt cht v tinh thn. nng cao i sng nhn dn, ha nhp chung vi s pht trin chung ca cc nc trong khu vc cng nh trn th gii ng v Nh nc ta ra mc tiu cng nghip ha v hin i ha t nc. CHNG 1 GII THIU CHUNG 1.1 L THUYT V CHNG LUYN 1.1.1. Phng php chng luyn Chng l phng php dng tch cc hn hp kh lng thnh cc cu t ring bit da vo nhit si khc nhau ca cc cu t trong hn hp. Khi chng ta thu c nhiu sn phm v thng c bao nhiu cu t th c by nhiu sn phm. Phng php chng luyn ny l mt qu trnh trong hn hp c bc hi v ngng t nhiu ln. Kt qu cui cng ta thu c nh thp l mt hn hp gm cc cu t d bay hi c nng t yu cu. Phng php chng luyn cho hiu sut cao nn n c s dng nhiu trong thc t. Cc phng php chng ct bao gm: Chng n gin . Chng bng hi nc trc tip . Chng bng hi nc gin tip Chng chn khng Chng p sut thp Chng p sut cao

Trong trng hp ny vi yu cu axeton c tinh khit cao khi s dng, cng vi hn hp axeton- nc khng c im ng ph nn chn phng php chng lin tc l hiu qu nht.

1.1.2 Thit b chng luyn Trong sn xut thng s dng rt nhiu loi thp khc nhau nhng chng thng c mt yu cu c bn l b mt tip xc pha ln. CH3COCH3 + 4[O] CH3COOH + CO2 + H2O CH3-CH(OH)-CH3

Axetilen l mt cht kh cng nghip quan trng nhng khng th nn mt cch hiu qu m bo trong c bnh hnh tr m khng c nguy c b n. Axeton c th ha tan lng ln kh Axetilen (khong 300 ln so vi th tch thc ca n) do axetilen c cha trong bnh kn cng vi axeton. Ngoi ra axeton cn c s dng lm cht ty ra v kh nc cho cc thnh phn in t, dung mi trong ngnh sn xut cao su 1.2.2. Nc H2O a. Tnh cht vt l Nc l mt hp cht ha hc ca oxy v hidro, c cng thc ha hcl H2O. Thit b ny c tc dng un si tun hon v bc hi sn phm y (to dng hi i t di ln trong thp). Nc ngng ca thit b gia nhit c tho qua thit b tho nc ngng ( 11), Thp chng luyn lm vic ch lin tc, hn hp u c a vo lin tc v sn phm c ly ra lin tc.
