This is a Technical catalogue of SAPPCO DAMMAM FACTORY

manufactured PVC Conduit to American NEMA standards to meet the

needs of Telecommunication and Electricity industry in Saudi Arabia.

SAPPCO produces a wide variety of conduit pipe is suitable for most

applications and rated for required Power Conductors.

Our encased and direct burial Power Duct is offered for Telephone and

Networking applications.

SAPPCO PVC conduits and ducts are nonconductor of elcctricity

and are designed specifically for concrete encasement (EB) and direct

burial (DB) applications of power supply, telecommunication, street

lighting and distribution systems. SAPPCO PVC Duct also used as

main duct for SAPPCO PE Sub-ducts.

SAPPCO-DAMMAM has established and applies an upgraded QualityManagemant System (QMS) and is certified in accordance with ISO9001:2008 the highest standard of quality system and excellence.

Our products meet the requirements of the relevant national andinternational standards.

SAPPCO control the entire manufacturing process from raw materialto pipe and fabricated fittings.

Routine testing of all pipes produced at our factory is carried out aslaid down in the relevant Standards in our well equipped laboratory.Inspection of pipes produced on each machine is carried out roundthe clock to make sure that exact standard pipe is delivered tocustomer.

PVC pipeline systems when continuously exposed to ultraviolet (UV)radiation from sunlight, PVC pipe can suffer discoloration. This iscommonly termed UV degradation or sunburning, colour changeto brown due to UV attack.

For temporary storage in the field, where racks are not provided, theground should be and free from loose stones. Pipes stored thus shouldnot exceed three layers high and should be stacked to prevent move-ment. Pipes should be given adequate support at all times.
