The Z airend localized by in-house technology team is a great work on international stat-of-the-art level which was developed into a pure domestic product for the first time in the country.Bearing load was minimized vy the application of the router and bearing with the largest diameters of the same grade and the Z airends with the bearing lifetime of 50,000hours and the noise of 64dB(A) are being applied to compressors with 100~400 HP and the screw router gears are groud by Full CNC Profile Grinding Machine.

국산개발된 세계 최첨단 수준의 걸작품입니다. 동급 최대의 로타직경과 베어링 적용으로 Bearing
load를 최소화 하였으며 50,000시간 베어링 수명과 64dB(A)의 Z에어앤드는 100~400마력 콤프
레샤에 적용되고 있으며 스크류 로터치형은 Full CNC Profile Grinding Machine에 의해 연마·제조
되고 있습니다.

Rotor 연마 (Rotor Grinding) Full CNC Profile Grinding Machine에 의해 연마된 Rotor는 동급 최대의 성능 및 내구성을 확보하였으며 가공범위를 1/1,000 수준으로 제조하여 소음 및 진동을 최소화 하였습니다.
The rotors ground by a full CNC grinding machine secured the best performance and durability of same grade machines and noise and vibration have been minimized.
로타 테스트 (Rotor Test) 스크류 Z4 프로파일은 4+5조 구성으로 고효율의 최신 Profile로서 정밀 로타측정기에서 전용 측정 프로그램에 의해 오차 없이 측정합니다.
The screw Z4 profile is the newest profile with highest efficiency composed of 4+5 group and it measures without any error by the dedicated measuring program in Rotor test machine.

사용 공기량에 따라 회전속도를 제어하여 운전하고 사용량이 없을 경우 무부하 운전 및 자동 정지되어 불필요한 동력 소비없이 운전함으로 소비전력이 절감되어 운전비용을 최소화 하였습니다.
Rotating speed is controlled to the amount of air used and it operates without any load and automatically stops when there is no air used enabling the operation without using unnecessary power which reduces power consumption minimizing operation costs.
