詠春拳術 WingTsun

詠春拳術招式剛柔並濟，不單能強身健體，更讓人的身手靈活，加強 個人的防衛能力。任何年齡人士也可以學習詠春。詠春的招式不少，

入門要學的拳套名「小念頭」，這個是詠春的基本，之後便可學「尋橋」、「黐手」、「標指」、「腳法」及「木人樁」等招式及腳法 。而青年會詠春學員更可由教練安排參加國際詠春總會之章級試。

劍擊 Fencing介紹劍擊歷史、安全守則、握劍 , 劍擊實戰姿勢 , 前後步法 , 弓步 , 基本攻擊及防守動作、有效部位、原則 -- 進攻權及劍擊禮儀 , 規則 , 實戰。The kids fencing class introduces of fencing history, the Grip, on Guard, the step forward and backward, the lunge, arrack, parry riposte, the target area, the principles of fencing with the foil and epee, develop the kids with the foundation training of fencing.

柔道 Judo柔道是使用心身力量獲得最大效用的一種道術。藉著增加全身的運動量，肌力與骨骼協調性的發達，也增進了內臟器官的功能，使身體具有敏捷性、技巧性、柔軟性、持久力。能培養強的活力，身心的健康，使自己的意志力增強。Judo is a tremendous and dynamic combat sport that demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, it includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponents down to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or joint locks until submission.
