1. 英文代碼:English Code:

說明各英文代碼在程式中之意義及功能。Describe the meaning & functions of every English code in the program.

O:程式號碼 Program Number 一條程式的編號,其後可以括弧( )敘述。

The number of one program, use ( ) to describe the following. O0001~O7999 為一般程式儲存區。

For general program storage area. O8000~O8999 為高階之巨集程式儲存區,有參數保護。

For executive macro program storage area with parameter protection. O9000~O9999 為機械廠商使用區,有參數保護並且禁止更改其中內容。

Usage area by machinery maker, with parameter protection and prohibited to amend the content.

N:單節序號 Single block order number每個單節都可以將它編上號碼,一般時候可有可無不影響加工,但在一些循環指令中會

使用到它。Every block can have a number, generally it doesn’t influence cutting if without the number , but uses the number while doing cycling command.

N1~N9999 為其使用範圍。For other using range.

S:轉速機能 Rotational speed functions 與 G 碼、M 碼配合可控制主軸轉速。

Coordinate with G code & M code to control the spindle rotational speed. G50 S2000;最高回轉速限制,主軸旋轉時不超過 2000rpm。

The highest reverse limit, can’t over 2000rpm. G96 S200 M3;週速一定控制,切線速度 200m/min 正轉。

Velocity 200m/min for certain control of week speed. G97 S1000 M3;週速一定控制取消,固定轉速 1000rpm 正轉。

Fixed 1000rpm upright turning and cancel the certain control of week speed.T:刀具機能 Tools function

使用之刀具及其補正之號碼,一般為四碼,前兩碼為刀具編號,後兩碼為補正號碼。4 codes number of tools and offset in general, the front two codes is tools numbers, rear two codes is offset numbers.

T0101 刀具編號↗ ↖補正號碼

Tool Number Offset Number 在使用完任何一把刀具後,應該取消刀具補正,而取消刀具補正的格式為 T0 或 T0000。It needs to cancel the tools offset after using either one; the format is T0 or T0000.

F:進給率 Feedrate 大致分成每回轉及每分鐘兩種。

There are two kinds either in every reverse or every minute.每回轉進給率㎜/rev,主軸每回轉一圈(G99),各軸向移動之距離(車床常用)。Every reverse feedrate mm/rev; the distance of each axial movement while spindle reverse one cycle (G99).每分鐘進給率㎜/min,每分鐘各軸向移動之距離(G98),與主軸無關。Every minutes feedrate mm/min; it is irrelevant to spindle for the distance of each axial movement every minutes.

G:準備機能 Preparation function 位址 G 後面的數值可以決定相關單節之意義與功能,將會詳加介紹。

The number after the address G can decide the meaning & function of related single section. We will introduce later.

M:輔助機能 Auxiliary function 位址 M 後面的數值可以決定相關單節之意義與功能,將會詳加介紹。

The number after the address M can decide the meaning & function of related single section. We will introduce later.

X:徑向座標 Radial coordinate 欲加工之直徑尺寸,以絕對座標方式呈現在程式之中。

The requested cutting size of diameter will present in the program by absolute coordinate format.

U 為 X 軸之增量座標。U is the incremental coordinate for X axis.

Z:軸向座標 Axial coordinate 欲加工之長度尺寸,以絕對座標方式呈現在程式之中。

The requested cutting size of length will present in the program by absolute coordinate format. W 為 Z 軸之增量座標。

W is the incremental coordinate for Z axis.

PS. 程式中 X, Z, C, R 等尺寸字需加上小數點,一般 X100.0 表示 φ100.0mm,但是 X100 表示 φ0.1mm,兩者之間有極大的差別。The decimal point needs to add on in the program for size X, Z, C, and R etc. In general, X100.0

means φ100.0mm, but X100 means φ0.1mm, there is a big difference of both.

2. 座標系統:Coordinate system

若軸線上有刻度(不論單位),在一個或多個軸線上的位置。If axis with scale (no matter of unit), the location on one or more axes.設軸名為 X,而所在位置之刻度為 10mm,則座標值標示為 X10.0。Establish axis names X, if the location of scale is 10mm, the coordinate value will be X10.0.

機械座標:Machinery coordinate 機械本身在出廠時便會利用機械元件(極限開關)設定出最基礎的座標系統,稱為機械座

標系統,其他座標系統皆以此座標系統為根本運算依據。The machine itself will use element (limit switch) to set up the basic coordinate system while out of factory, that is so called machinery coordinate system, other coordinate system in accordance with this coordinate system for foundation.

絕對座標:Absolute coordinate 座標值是從工件座標系原點算起的向量。以 X、Z 表示。

The coordinate value is the vector counting from the origin of workpiece coordinate.

相對座標:Opposite coordinate 也就是增量座標。座標值是從現在位置到目標位置的向量,與原點無關。以 U、W 表示。It is

increment coordinate. The coordinate value is the vector from current location to target

X、Z、U、W 為此機能之中間點座標,下達此指令時,刀具會經過中間點回到機械原點。一般常用寫法是當刀具已到達安全位置後,下達 G28 U0 W0 ;X, Z, U, W are the middle coordinates, the tools will pass the middle point return to machine origin while giving command. For general writing way, sending G28 U0 W0 after tools reaching to safe location.

(退回安全點) Return to safety point

G40刀尖R角補正取消 Cancel offset of R angle of nose of tools 用來取消已使用過 G41、G42 的指令。

Use to cancel the used commands of G41 & G42. 因G41、G42屬於常駐指令,故使用過後應該予以取消。

Due to G41 & G42 belong to permanent commands; it should be cancelled after usage.G41刀尖R角左側補正 Offset left hand side of R angle of nose of tools 沿刀具路徑行進的方向看去,刀具在左側工件在右側時,使用 G41。

Along with tools route, tools is on the left hand side and workpiece is on the right hand side, using G41.

G42刀尖R角右側補正 Offset right hand side of R angle of nose tools 沿刀具路徑行進的方向看去,刀具在右側工件在左側時,使用 G42。

Along with tools route, tools is on the right hand side and workpiece is on the left hand side, using G42.
