    6.1. TNG QUANLTE (Long Term Evolution: pht trin di hn) l tn dnh cho tiu chun

    Cc cng nghquan trng nht trong mng truy nhp v tuyn ca LTE lOFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex), n nh ti nguyn ng akch thc (thi gian, tn s) v thch ng ng truyn, truyn dn MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output), m ha turbo v HARQ (Hybrid AutomaticRepeat Request) vi kt hp mm.

    Trong ch FDD, trn ng xung LTE s dng OFDMA vi truyndn OFDM vi cn trn ng ln LTE s dng SC-FDMA vi truyn dnDFTS-OFDM. Mi k hiu OFDM c pht trn cc sng mang con c bngthng 15 hoc 7,5MHz. Mi khung di 1ms c chia thnh hai khe di 0,5ms vcha mt sk hiu OFDM (14 ch15 KHz v v 12 cho ch7,5kHz ).

    6.2. CC GIAO THC TRN GIAO DIN V TUYN 4G LTE

    Giao din v tuyn c k hiu l LTE Uu (hnh 6.1). Khc vi kin trc3G UMTS, 4G LTE khng sdng RNC v thn phng hn.     Lp trn RRC trn nh hnh 6.3 c nhim vhtrtt ccc thtc bo

    lung c ghp vo mt knh truyn ti c th xut s t mt ngi s dng(mt hay nhiu trng hp ca DCCH v DTCH) hay nhiu ngi sdng (mtsDTCH tcc ngi sdng). MAC cng htrHARQ. Cui cng MAC cungcp cc lung truyn ti cho lp PHY.

    Lp PHY thc hin cc chc nng xl tn hiu nhm ha knh, iu chv sp xp cc lung tn hiu ln cc anten v cc phn tti nguyn.

    6.3. CC TRNG THI LTE UE

    Trong LTE c thc hai bmy trng thi u cui, cc bmy trng thiny khng chc duy tr trong UE m c trong mng (hnh 6.4). Bmy thnht c t ti lp RRC v c duy tr trong eNodeB, bmy thhai ct ti lp MM (Mobility Management: qun l di ng) v c duy tr ti S-GWtrong mng li.

    Ti lp RRC c hai trng thi RRC-CONNECTED (RRC kt ni) v RRC-IDLE (RRC ri) ty thuc vo kt ni RRC c c thit lp hay khng.

    Trong trng thi RRC-IDLE, UE gim st knh tm gi v pht hin cccuc gi vo, nhn thng tin hthng v thc hin o c cc ln cn cngnhchn/chn li . Trong trng thi ny lp trn c th lp cu hnh DTX c

    th UE v UE iu khin di ngTrong trng thi RRC-CONNECTED, UE truyn/nhn sliu n/tmng.

    vy, UE gim st cc knh iu khin lin kt vi knh sliu chia sxcnh sliu c c lp biu hay khng v cung cp cht lng knh v thng tinphn hi cho eNodeB.     Cc chuyn giao gia cc RAT c coi l cc chuyn giao gia LTE vGERAN, UTRAN hay cdma2000 cho cc dch vthi gian thc v phi thi gianthc. Chuyn giao gia cc RAT c iu khin bi hthng truy nhp ngun.Hthng ny khi u o v quyt nh chuyn giao. Chuyn giao gia cc RATl chuyn giao ngc trong cc ti nguyn v tuyn c dnh trc trong hthng ch trc khi pht lnh chuyn giao n UE.
