AIESEC in Finland

Context
Project
Ageing population is one of the key issues' in Finland. It is predicted thatin the next 10 years around 30% of the population will be over the age of
50. The welfare system is unable to cope with this rising demand andincreasing demand. The elderly population is often neglected & the
conditions can often become isolated for them.
AIESEC aims to make the ageing population feel more inclusive into theFinnish society .
The job description of the exchange participant will include:
a. Plan activities with an aim to make the elderly feel more engaged,appreciated, and active in the community
b. Work in groups of 2-4 to design activities and deliver the same.c. Collect Feedback from each activity conducted and use it to improve
future activities.
This project is available in the cities of Helsinki, Tampere and Oulu.
Additional InfoAll participants will receive one week training no facilitation, delivering
activities and Finnish culture.
The cost of reception is 250€ which includes all the services mentioned above

This project has limited spots. The only requirement is to have Goodcommunication and presentation skills in English.
