• Inspectors will consider how well leaders promote high expectations and use rigorous systems to drive improvement, including through monitoring and developing the quality of 16 to 19 provision and improving the progress and achievement of learners and groups of learners.

• Learning programmes ensure that they enable learners to acquire knowledge, understanding and skills, including, where relevant, English, mathematics and ICT skills, that prepare them well for future progression to further/higher education and/or sustained employment.

• Kloodle reflects a student’s journey from enrolment to destination. It reflects the mission and ethos of an institution. We generate reports that can be used to measure impact and monitor an individual student’s progress or a cohort’s academic development.

• Kloodle produces statistics regarding the progression of employability skills for each student. A progression wheel acts as a snapshot of an individual’s skill-set. Kloodle allows extraction of data for external use.

• Kloodle encourages an employability culture to be embedded within college life, encouraging teachers to highlight the development of employability skills within each lesson. Students grow increasingly aware of the importance of skill acquisition.
