The programme is one of the Strategic Reform Initiatives (SRIs) under the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP), which aims to certify IT specialists, in line with its mission to meet the demand for high-end skills in the information communication technology (ICT) industry.

MyProCert is a programme to upskill Malaysians to international certification standards. Under MyProCert, trainees are offered competitive training fees with incentives upon being certified. The Oracle trained and certified Malaysians will be part of the critical supply for talent sourcing and development for industry players and potential foreign investors. Certified Oracle Professionals are in high demand in the local market and this is a good opportunity to gain the recognition of one of the industry’s highest IT certifications.
