• It was strongly condemned on local and international level.

• Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had condemned the attack, calling it a national tragedy.

• President Mamnoon Hussain condemned the attack, saying "such cowardly attacks cannot deter the morale and resolve of the Nation.
