SESSION 1.4 : DEVELOPING TRAINING CONTENT အစအစဥ- ၁.၄ : သငတနးပါအေၾကာငးအရာမားက ေရးသားျပစျခငး

Purpose of Session: To provide an understanding of the process of outlining the training content as fundamental steps in the construction of a lesson planအစအစဥ၏ ရညရြယခက - သငခနးစာ အစအစဥတစခ တညေဆာကရာတြင အေျခခ အဆငမားျဖစသည သငတနးပါ အေၾကာငးအရာမား အကဥးေဖာျပမႈ လပငနးစဥအား နားလညသေဘာေပါကလာေအာင ပပးရန။

Purpose of Activity: To analysis participants’ experience relating with drafting a training plan လႈပရားမႈ၏ ရညရြယခက - သငတနးအစအစဥ တစခက မႀကမးေရးဆြျခငး ႏငပတသက၍ သငတနးသ/သားမား၏ အေတြ႕အႀကက ဆနးစစရန

Methodology: Brain Storming သငၾကားနညးစနစ။ ႀကတငႀကဆေတြးေတာျခငး Ask the participants whether they have experience of planning a training or how should they plan a training planning? သငတနးသ/သားမားအား သငတနးတစခက ကယတင စစဥဘးေသာ အေတြ႕အႀက ရသလား (သ႔မဟတ) သငတနးတစခက စစဥပါက မညက႔သ႔ စစဥသငေၾကာငးက ေမးပါ။ ACTIVITY 2: The Three Step Method to Outlining for Training Content

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Now tell participants that outlining is an effective way to organize training content once they have decided on the purpose and outcomes.

• Give each participants Handout 1.3.s the Three Step Method to Outlining. • Tell them to use Purpose and Outcomes from the first activity to complete the

Handout. (10 minutes) • Ask participants to exchange their handout with a partner and discuss how they filled

in the form (10 minutes).

Purpose of Activity: To draft purpose, outcomes and outline content for a lesson demonstration. လႈပရားမႈ၏ ရညရြယခက - သငခနးစာ သရပေဖာမႈတစခ အတြက ရညရြယခက၊ ရလဒမား ႏင အေၾကာငးအရာမားက အကဥးေဖာျပျခငးက အၾကမးခမတလာႏငမည။

Methodology: Writing, Discussion သငၾကားနညးစနစ။ ေရးသားျခငး၊ ေဆြးေႏြးျခငး Handout (s): 1.4.2 Drafting Guideline ေ၀ငစာရြက (မား)- ၁.၄.၂ လမးညႊနက အၾကမးခမတျခငး

INSTRUCTIONS: Ask participants to sit with their assigned demonstration groups.

• Tell participants that they should discuss and write the purpose and outcomes for their lesson plan.

• Tell participants that given the time limit of 45 minutes for that. However, they should write all the outcomes and prepare an outline that would cover the entire topic for this exercise.

• Tell participants that facilitators will be available to support during practical drafting session.

Ask participants the following questions:

Ø How can outlining be useful for a trainer? Ø Ask if there any final questions regarding today’s activities or the plan for the next day’s

training.
