    Please see below our response to each of your questions:

    Q1 Does your institution provide any information or advice to students orstaff on any potential liability under Terrorism legislation which might resultfrom accessing materials for teaching or research ? If so please provide copiesof any documents held which detail or refer to such information or advice.The University of Strathclyde does not provide information to staff or studentson any potential liability under Terrorism Legislation which may result fromaccessing teaching or research materials.

    Q2 Does your institution have any kind of procedure to review or assessreading lists, module descriptors or other teaching materials which explicitly

    or in practice considers questions of safety and risk under terrorismlegislation as part of its remit ? For example does the institution haveanything similar or analogous to the 'module review process' established atNottingham University described here. If so please supply full details of thispolicy and procedure and advise when and how it was decided upon andimplemented.The University of Strathclyde has a process in place to carry out module reviewsfor academic purposes; however, explicit consideration of safety and risk underterrorism legislation is not part of this process.

    Q3 Does your institution have any system, policy or procedure in place for

    dealing with any potential actions taken by the authorities against theinstitution, its students or staff under Terrorism legislation ? If so pleasesupply a copy of the policy and advise the date it was decided upon andimplemented.The University would comply with any legislation requests and co-operate fullywith the relevant authorities as and when required to do so.

    Q4 Does your institution have any system, policy or procedure in place forpreventing violent extremism as recommended for example in the governmentguidance document Promoting Good Campus Relationshttp://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/tna/+/http://www.dius.gov.uk/publicati
