Story Overview

When Ben wakes up in an unfamiliar place with a maze of trees surrounding him. He needs to get out of there and begins to walk but he is not the only one, something in the woods is following him and he knows it but what ever it is will it get him. But how can ben escape the dense wood at such at dark hour.

Story OutlineBeginning – A boy is on the swings the camera stays stationery as he passes but we only see his feet. There is laughter. After a few seconds the camera starts to fuzz and static out after it stops the swing passes but there is no boy on it. Then the camera gets completely filled with static and then cuts to black.

Middle – Ben wakes leaning against a tree he is disorientated and unaware of where he is. He stands up after a few second and begins walking but he is doing it very precarious. There is a slight stutter of static on the camera as a black thing floats across the camera. Ben hears something behind him and begins running away terrified. The camera follows him from different stationary points however he trips and falls flat on his front. He looks up to see something stood in front of him he is immensely tall and has a old sack on his head the camera follows Ben up from an angle so you can see one side of the creature. Ben looks in horror and the camera starts to go static and fuzz again Ben is in shock and can’t run. The camera follow up the creature to the back of its head and then cuts to ben point of view its stands there looking at him the reaches down to the camera and it turns black.

Ending – A police interview tape starts and the officer states bens name and said he was found in the woods chattering to him self. He asks ben to repeat what he saw and be goes crazy and starts ranting about what he saw the tape cuts after hearing static and the opening credits begin.

Props

Very few props will be needed the only thing is a place with a swing which will not be hard to find.

CostumeThere are two possibilities when coming to the costume we could buy a one or make a one. The costume will be scarecrows like with a hat and an old sack on him we will need ragged old ripped clothing but that is all.

Location

The location is yet to be decided but it will be a densely wooded area. These are two possibilities.
