The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start- Some General Notes•Margarita, Simeon and Martin have finished their internship with us. We wish them luck and hope they have learnt from their experience with ESI •Re company objectives – During the last few weeks/months, I have been asking people to give me ideas for our company objectives. I have now come up with a list of possible objectives which I would like all of you to score by taking this survey on the link below. 9 of you have taken this survey (which is good .... Would love to have some more responses till end of month)

A General Note before we start-•Next Friday 30th September 2016, we will be organising an end of summer BBQ at ESI premises from 1500hrs onwards. Partners, husbands, wives, children are welcome to join in the fun. Can you please advise MPA who will be attending by 27/9/2016.•On 30th September , I am starting a campaign on close out project meetings (I have invited the concerned people to this meeting) – I need everyone to give their input for these meetings- we will start by the projects

•16_011 University of Malta Intruder alarm for the Gateway Building•16_017 BMIT Controlled access through fire door at SCM •12_027_Parliament Intruder alarm system

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We are targeting to complete in the next weeks

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We need to make a big effort to close off what is pending – especially the KNX interface

• 12_027- Parliament –We need to now update Maxpro, integrate ProWatch and conclude all documentation

• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – we are currently working on requests for information from the client

• 14_069- Q021_TF4- We are working on the panel design to allow us to go to panel construction

Projects and deadlines• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending

installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have nearly completed panel design and it is now down to panel build (for Apap we are working on the second DDC/Lighting panel)

• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- the lighting will have to be commissioned in September 2016- we have fixed the panel on site and will now terminate and commission it

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. We have also started design work on the second Pool Panel

Project name

Mater DeiThe team at Mater Dei is going through some though changes with the

resignation of Simon Florian and most recently of Michael Abdilla.

The whole team at MDH have to dig deep and work as a team until we find the required replacements for these team members. If any of you out there know of people who can join the MDH team as technicians/electricians, we presently have two vacancies to fill- please give them my contacts so that they may apply!!

Development and Commissioning• Parliament project - NEXT IS TO TACKLE SNAGS ON

PARLIAMENT so as to close off the whole job and also tackle all the commissioning documentation

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we also need to start scripting on the tenant building module

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM on going works and some large orders

(AS410 upgrade and TF4 )• Aurobindo We are very nearly done here and

expect to conclude shortly. • 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on

concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI has done a plan- stick to it- I need feedback from CCI as to where we are on this

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS!!

Sales and Business DevelopmentWe have been working on a quote for Actavis ,

offers for Qatar (lighting controls), Home automation and an offer for water front hotel
