    GLOBAL WEIGHT GAINING TENDENCIES

    The World Health Organization examined data from 199countries over the past three decades presenting results that causegreat concern: the global tendency to gain weight doubled, oneout of every ten adults suffers from over-weight and women areat a higher risk.

    In 1980, 4.8% of the male population and 7.9% of the women

    suffered from over-weight. The 2008 statistics on the rate of gaining weight has been re-

    examined showing worrying data indicating that the number ofover-weight people around the world has doubled9.8% of theoverall male population and 13.8% of the women were defined as

    suffering from over-weight. Other findings show that women areat a greater risk to suffer from over-weight.

    According to the data, 1.5 billion of the entire world populationof 7 billion, suffer from over-weight with a body mass of over 25.

    THE MAIN REASONS FOR GAINING WEIGHT

    Hereunder are the main reasons for gaining weight in the western world(excluding genetic problems):

    An inadequate lifestyle

    Over eating

    Insufficient physical exercise

    We can see the differences between affluent and poor countries regardingover weight, with the United States in the lead (and Europe closelyfollowing this tendency) versus African countries.

    Nevertheless, the tendency to gain weight is penetrating into countrieswith a more traditional culture such as Arab countries, China and others,

    that did not suffer from this problem in the past. These countries arebeing exposed to the western lifestyle with an abundance of cheap food,enormous portions and sweet soft drinks.

    Billion of dollars are invested yearly researching the reasons for over-weight and means (diets, medication, etc.) to diminish the problem. Theworld governments are paying a heavy price through hospitalization(diabetics, heart disease, etc.), treatments and leave of absence.

    Contrary to the feeling of hunger, educed by a dwindling of thebodys energy levels, some people eat as a conditional reflexactivated by the look and smell of food.

    For example when we take a hot apple strudel or any other cake outof the oven the aroma molecules diffuse in the air, reach our

    nostrils and create a stimulus to taste it.Namely, we were not hungry and were not in need of physicallyrestoring our energy levels.

    We distinguish between two types of reflexes;

    A regular reflexis a nervous reaction that does not needconscious intervention

    A conditioned reflexis a nervous reaction that does not needconscious intervention but is conditioned by a certain stimulus.

    We are all familiar with the experiments of the Russian

    physiologist Pavlov.

    After reading the material and understanding it, each userprepares a table of activity, determines the goals and only thenstart using the method.

    We start with: at what time do we start eating? 08:00 and atwhat time to we stop eating? 19:00

    We continue with: what do we eat for our 5 daily meals? Howmuch at each time?

    And finish with some physical exercise that we do during thecourse of the week (a 45 minutes walk) which will add to afeeling of fitness and a good nights sleep.

    RED WRISTBAND

    The goals of the RED WRISTBAND are:1. Control our thoughtspositive thinking

    2. Assimilate a new habit

    How does it work?

    We start using the method by wearing the RED WRISTBAND on our leftwrist for 30 days. Each time the user feels difficulty, that he will fail themission or has other negative thoughts, he stretches the wristband and thenreleases it. The wristband will hit the user at the base of his wrist.

    At the base of our wrist there is a very sensitive nervous system that

    immediately transmits to the sub-conscious. These transmissions create newconditioning.

    This activity will stop the negative thinking and will bring upon alternativethoughts, such as: I will succeed

    How does it work?

    After 30 days of wearing the RED WRISTBAND we change it for the

    ORANGE WRISTBAND.At this stage the user should have assimilated a new habitbalanced eating.

    The ORANGE WRISTBAND is also worn for 30 days, while we add a dailytask.

    Before and after each of the daily meals say out loud:

    I eat slowly, I eat only what my body needs, and Im always satiated.When repeating this sentence 10 times a day during the 30 days, it seeps inand helps us maintain balanced, slow and correct eating habits.

    Over time, the user will see that he eats less and less than what he ate in thepast and will gain insight into physical eating (while the emotional eating isreduced).

    The excess eating is reduces and with it the body weight.

    How does it work?

    After 30 days of wearing the ORANGE WRISTBAND we change it for

    the YELLOW WRISTBAND.The user continues with the previous tasks (of the RED AND ORANGEWRISTBANDS) and adds a task and a new interesting aspect to the

    processguided imagination.

    Each day before going to sleep or at intervals during the day, close your

    eyes then slowly inhale and exhale, our body relaxes and is released oftension and then give yourself a complement for the condition you arein (I lost weight, my clothing is changing).

    Think how you will look better at the end of the process (a powerfulengine to continue the process)

    My new condition makes me happy (I was complemented at work, by

    friends, etc.)
