Parking Space()(59 ) 1.5 (59)1.4 ()(59 )()()200 2 0.9 1.5 ()()Car park areas shall be determined according to the following requirements, and shall not be used for other purposes.(1)The number of car park for all areas in the science park except for Medical Treatment Area #1 shall be computed at 1.5 times of the requirements of the Building Technical Regulations (Article 59); The number of car park for all others areas in the science park shall be computed at 1.4 times of the requirements of the Building Technical Regulations. (Article 59)(2)For the same building or same site providing for more than 2 types of usages, the required number of car park shall be the same as the requirements of the Building Technical Regulations. (Article 59) (3)The building shall provide no less than 2% of the number of car park for disabled parking lots (provide at least one parking lot).(4)For the number of motorcycle parking lots, one parking lot shall be allocated for every 200 m of space area. The dimension of motorcycle parking lot shall be more than 2m in length and more than 0.9m in width, and the width of the passageway shall be above 1.5m. (5)The entrance/exit of car park space shall be more than 10m away from the roadside intersection or boundary line, intersection point of corner arc, zebra crossing, overpass bridge or underground passageway. (6)Allocating for more car park space than the regulations shall be carried out according to the Encouraging Regulations for Allocating More Car Park Space in Hsinchu County.
