Many argue that regulations regarding school uniforms should be abandoned, while others contend that laws, the strictest form of rules, are not to be given up. As far as I am concerned, not all rules for youngsters are too strict, since it depends on which kind of rules we are talking about. Hence I disagree with the statement.
