用法一：表示影响

用法三：表示反复Two of them have studied Chinese since five years ago.

用法二：表示持续

for + a period of time( 时间段 )since + a point in time （时间点）already: affirmative statements （肯定句）yet: negative statements & questions （否定句与疑问句）

just, already, yet, before, never, ever, for ，since ， so far, up to now, in/during the past/last three years, this week, many times, once ， twice ， three times 等。

常用的时间状语 :

Present perfect continuous tense（现在完成进行时）
