    gland & its compose of serousacini.

    Shape :its wedge shaped ,

    Site & extension:it liesbetween the ramus of Md. &SCM

    It extends :

    Upward:to zygomatic arch

    Downward:to angle of Md.

    Anteriorly:to cover part ofmasseter ms.

    Posteriorly:to overlap SCM
