司马相如与卓文君的故事可以说是家户喻晓 , 但司马相如擅长厨艺 , 尤以“麻不刺喉、辣不上火、滋补营养、色泽鲜亮、口感醇厚”的“冒菜”制作深得同侪盛赞， 却鲜为人知。在川菜几千年的发过程中， 冒菜作为一种小众川菜因其独特风味被一代一代传承下来 . 四川邛崃和成都民间至今还能听到“司马冒菜奉文君”的佳话．

冒菜，由司马相如时期发展至今，经过时间的锤炼，成为了最受大众喜爱的菜式之一。而思味轩为广大食客提供的是经过师傅精心雕琢的思味招牌冒菜。

不只是家乡的味道

司马相如是西汉有名的辞赋家，音乐家。早年家贫，并不得志，父母双亡后寄住在好友县令王吉家里。卓文君的父亲卓王孙是当地的大富豪。文君时年十七，美貌非凡：“眉色远望如山，脸际常若芙蓉， 皮肤柔滑如脂”，更兼善琴，文采超群。 卓文君也久慕司马相如之才 无奈为父强阻，决然私奔，遂演绎出一曲千古爱情佳话——文君夜奔。

回到成都，生活窘迫，文君慨然当饰，集资张铺。文君当垆卖酒，相如执勺冒菜， 虽是小本经营，酒肆内酒香飘绕，冒菜引唾，才子佳人现场演绎，食者口碑相传， 生意却也十分兴隆。消息传到其父耳中， 卓王孙感觉女子抛头露面终非雅事，面子重要，只得送了一大笔钱给他们。他们也结束了这段市井生活经历。但原先的诸多酒客食客因忘不了文君酒和司马冒菜的美味，多方设法求得配方和工艺，使这两种颇具传奇色彩的酒和菜得以延续下来。
