Initiated JVC GULF’S first warehouse operation in Jebel Ali (in 1995) Built up strong base in warehousing and distribution network for JVC
GULF which covers Middle East,Africa and CIS countries.( in 1995) Developed serial number tracking software for JVC GULF under my
guidance which happened to be very useful for the service department for warranty claims & internal tracking of product movement in the warehouse. ( in 1995)
Played a key role in sharing requirements for developing mainframe software for sales/accounts/Logistics in terms of import/export process, merchandise classification& customs procedures (In 2003).
Was responsible and project leader in Designing and setting up the new warehouse facility for JVC GULF FZE with an area of 12000 sq. mtrs in JAFZA.( in 2004-2005)
Was one of the key person in providing valuable inputs in developing WMS software for the new warehouse in support with Japanese team.( In 2005)
Initiated in setting up E-clearance system ( Dubai customs online clearance ) for JVC GULF FZE ( In 2008)

Played key role in setting up warehouse and operation network for Goodlass Nerrolac paint’s Inter state depot in Bhiwandi alongwith Colourchem Ltd and Spartek Cermics (from 1987 to 1990.
Initiated in setting up distribution depot for pesticides in Daman ( in 1991)
Set up operation network and warehouse for Goodlass Nerrolac paints in Faridabad & Delhi. ( during 1991-1992)

Warehousing / Inventory Management
Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required. Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold
stock, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics. Monitoring transactions between inward and outward materials; dealing with full
warehouse activities and scheduling the dispatch. Ushering in SOP warehouse operations & administration, implementing location in
racking and taking full stock in system. Inserting Order & Delivery Process and implementing new operation procedure in
