smart devices, and are directed to your company's

webpage on www.hktdc.com to see more details. A

list of the buyers who scanned your code will be

emailed to you for follow-up. To enjoy this referral

the ad. to encourage buyers to visit exhibitors'

booths. The fair label must appear in a designated

position at the lower right-hand corner of each ad.

(sample below). All full-page ads. bearing this label

will be placed at the forefront of the related

advertising section.

為助入場買家更容易透過雜誌廣告尋找到參展商的展位，本

局會提供一個附有展覽會標誌的「參展標籤」，讓參展商填

Orders Online Transaction Platform (http://smallorders.hktdc.com), the HKTDC created

an ‘Accept Small Orders’ icon for eligible advertisers

to incorporate it into their ads. The icon has two

designs to fit the background colour of the ads.

1 The Advertiser warrants and undertakes that no third party intellectual property rights or any other rights will be infringed by the Advertiser's products, services, promotion materials and any materials supplied by the Advertiser to HKTDC. Should any advertisements carry intellectual property rights including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, registered designs and names, the Advertiser has to provide relevant supporting documentation to prove its ownership of the intellectual property rights or its right to use them in the advertisement.

廣告商必須確保其產品、服務、宣傳品及

任何提供予香港貿發局之材料並不會侵犯

任何第三者之知識產權或其他權益。廣告

商必須就廣告內容涉及的專利、註冊商

標、版權、外觀設計及名稱等知識產權，

提交相關文件以證明該廣告商已獲授權及

3 Prices and coupons are not allowed to be shown in the ads.

4 While local language is allowed, there must be English translation of major messages including company name, tagline and contact details in the advertisement.

展示英文資訊包括公司名稱、標語

及聯絡資料。

5 Advertisers applying for the Trade and Industry Department (TID) SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) have to ensure the company name in the ad. is the same as in the advertising contract. The company address, telephone and fax numbers should also be shown in the ad. for vetting by the TID. 如貴公司需就廣告費申請工業貿易署（工貿署）

的「中小企業市場推廣基金」，請確保貴公司在

廣告中登刊的公司名稱，與廣告合約上的名稱完

全相同，並須於廣告內刊載公司位址、電話及傳

真號碼，以便工貿署連同其他資料核對及審批。

6 According to Laws of Hong Kong, Chapter 362 of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, false trade descriptions, false, misleading or incomplete information and misstatements in respect of goods provided in the course of trade are prohibited.

根據香港法例第362章《商品說明條例》，禁止在營商過程中，對提

供的貨品作出虛假商品說明、以及虛假、具誤導性或不完整的資料

及錯誤陳述，以保障消費者。

7 HKTDC does not accept any content or photo deemed ‘obscene and indecent’ which include ‘violence, depravity and repulsiveness’.

本局不接受廣告文字及圖片帶有「淫褻」及「不

雅」的成分，包括「暴力、腐化及可厭」相關的

內容。

8 If the product nature of the ad. does not match the category selected by the advertiser, HKTDC has the right to select the most

suitable category for the advertiser.

如廣告上的產品性質與客戶選擇的廣告分類不相符，本局有權將廣告安排

於最合適的廣告分類中。

9 Advertisers have to ensure the company name in the ad. is same as the one in the advertising contract. Only one company name with contact details shall be shown.

廣告登刊的公司名稱必須與廣告合約上的名稱完全相同，

並不可於廣告內刊載多於一個公司名稱。此外，廣告內必

須刊登合約所注明的聯絡方法。

10 The proportion of text content on the ad. area should not exceed 80%.

廣告上的文字比例不能多於版面的80%。



All advertising items, including the design and content, are subject to the final approval from HKTDC. HKTDC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse the Advertiser’s application and display of any advertisement.

所有廣告專案之申請包括其廣告設計及內容均須經香港貿發局作最後審批。香港貿發局可全權決定拒絕該廣告商的申請及任何廣告的發佈。

電腦螢幕、一般噴墨打印機與傳統印刷機所印製的顏色有所差異。如客戶對印製顏色有所疑問或要求，為保障客戶利益，請自行向制版公司打印色稿以作參考。打印兩份符合「ICC Profile FOGRA 39L」顏色標準印製色稿，並於請將稿件與之一併提交，以作印刷時的跟色參考。客戶所提交的所有廣告稿件，本局將一概不會退還。

How to function 如何操作…

We will extract the verification icons from advertisers' hktdc.com webpages to their e-Magazine ads on the booking deadlines of

related magazines. If the verifications are valid 30 days before the booking deadline, the icons can be displayed in the ads.

本局將在廣告預訂截止日期於相關廣告商在「貿發網」推廣網頁抽取認證標籤，擺放到其電子版雜誌廣告中。如某項認證於廣告預訂截止日期前 30天

內仍然生效，該標籤仍會在電子版廣告中顯示。

Example例子：

The booking deadline of March 2018 product magazines is on 2 February 2018.

--> If the verifications of an hktdc.com advertiser are still valid between 3 January to 1 February 2018, related icons will be

displayed on the e-Magazine ad. For verifications expired on or before 2 January 2018, the icons will not be shown.

2018 年 3 月份產品雜誌的廣告預訂截止日期為 2018年 2月 2 日。

Company Verification 公司資料認證服務 Provided by Dun & Bradstreet (HK) Ltd, the service verifies suppliers' company information through D&B's Authentication & Verification procedure. Upon successful verification, a globally recognized DUNS Number and a

D&B Checked icon will be shown on your advertising page on www.hktdc.com to demonstrate your integrity to

potential buyers.

此項服務由鄧白氏商業資料(香港)有限公司為供應商查核公司資料，完成認證程序後，供應商可取得一個全球認可的鄧白氏環球編碼，並連同鄧白氏認證標籤放在「貿發網」廣告網頁上，向潛在買家突顯公司誠信，增強競爭力。

Remarks 備註: 1. Only applicable to hktdc.com advertisers who have placed full-page ad on product magazines.

2. The verification icons that advertisers got for their hktdc.com webpages will automatically be featured on their e-Mag ads.

This arrangement will not affect the size of the ads, and no action need to be taken by the advertisers.

本局將根據廣告商於「貿發網」推廣網頁所顯示的認證標籤，自動登載於產品雜誌電子版廣告中。這項安排並不會影響廣告版面，供應商亦毋須為

HKTDC will send the information in the "Company Profile" section of this form together with your Business Registration Certificate number to D&B for verification. 香港貿發局會把貴公司在此申報表格「公司簡介」部份提供的資料，連同貴公司的商業登記證號碼，送交鄧白氏認證。

D&B verifies your company information

within one month, and HKTDC will

notify you the results via email.
