DESCRIPTION

JPX162 II is a Terminal BlockDesigned for MDF, on the

subscriber Side of the main frame.

It allows 100 pair connections of

twisted pairs coming from the

subscriber.

Blocks with strips of 10 pairs.

Protection plug installation:

Hold on to the Protection plug handle.

Than insert into the rectangle hole of the front

of the 100 pair MDF block.

Pay attention, do not revering the protection plug.

The dark face of protection plug should be face up.

100 pair Cable Installation on the left side

100 pair cable install on the left side of the terminal block.

According to the proper order of the cable core number, 10

pair/group will be inserted into the rectangle hole of the

plastic pass wire ring .

Each pair cable will be inserted into the

corresponding pass wire guide hole, pass through wire

guide slot, lead each wire to single IDC strip, then connecteach pair in connecting slot of IDC by a termination Tool,

the remaining wire will be cut automatically.

A pair of jumper will be inserted into the rectangle

Hole of the plastic pass wire ring, pass through the

Side wire guide slot.

Finally get to connection place of IDC spring strip.

Then connect each pair in connecting slot of IDC by

a termination Tool, the remaining wire will be cut

automatically.
