Project Description: Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) provides the tools service providers need to capture

network traffic data and convert it into useful business intelligence for troubleshooting, managing traffic, roamers, and services, as well as revenues. With its powerful and configurable filtering, PIC sorts through the data to create comprehensive dashboards and reports for all departments within the service provider's company. PIC includes a comprehensive array of performance management and revenue management capabilities that provide reliable real-time or historical information based on network traffic. Implemented both manual and automation testing techniques to verify the Product end to end.

Contribution: EAGLE – PIC compatibility testing using EALGE MGTS and PIC systems. PIC setup preparation on variety of hardware types including HP Rack Mount and

HP Blade setups PIC setup preparation on SUN hardware – ODA setup based on virtual machines

Reporting Analytics project works on Big Data. It represents the network usage, performance etc. The reports also include the number of mobile users roaming IN or roaming OUT, the number of SMSs generated, hours of connected calls, amount of packet data usage etc. These all reports are based on various protocols and interfaces. It is used for billing purpose as well.

Contribution: Setup preparation and associate it with big data ware (e.g. BOE). Creation of various reports and testing the accuracy of contents.
