I tried this recipe this weekend. It turned out well however i have got two doubts.

1/ jab maine chhena ko garam reduced milk mein milaya aur phir se heat kiya to milk phat gaya. kya chhena ko thande doodh mein milate hein?

2/ Kalakand finally had a slightly sour taste. why i could not understand.

3/ Fot cooling I had kept it in refrigerator. was it the reason that it became hard: , , , . , . . Maine aaj ye banaya, lekin wo apne jaisa banaya waisa nai bana.. maine 500ml doodh mawa ke liye liya aur 500ml chenna ke liye.. maine full fat milk liya tha.. lekin kalakand ka texture pura hi chenna jaisa tha.. jaise apka kalakand photo me barfi jaisa dikh raha hai.. mera chote chote dano wala chena dikh raha hai.. aur usko uthate hi wo tooth gaya.. binding nai hai usme.. maine kya galat kia?

My kalakand tasted perfect but its color got changed. It looked little greenish. Why had that happened.
