My name’s Adam. There are six people in my family – me, my mum, my dad, two sisters and one brother! We live in an old cottage in the countryside. It’s a nice house but it isn’t big enough for us. There are only four bedrooms so I share a bedroom with my brother. We have a big garden and we live near a village. We’ve got a cat called Meg and two dogs called Barney and Paddy.

We have a vegetable garden and we grow some of our own food. Mum always grows too many vegetables. I like my house but there aren’t enough young people in the village. It’s quiet and my friend Pete lives in town.
