Our community comments about their daily nutrition

Based on our survey, our community is with good eating habits. We have survey 39 people of our community for seeing their eating habits. Almost every one of these people have good easting habits but there are some one that have really bad habits like eating 5 times a day or eating 4 times a week at fast food restaurants. A another thing that we can see of our survey is that a lot of people go out to eat fast food in weekends because they don’t have no one to cook or they don’t want to cook. We can see that there is a lot of people that eat at their houses like 5 or more times a week that’s good. A lot of workers eat al fast food restaurants because they have like just 30 min of lunch and that’s the fast thing they can eat. Eating out of your home is really dangerous because you don’t know of what food is made of or if they clean the vegetables or fruits, really bad for your healthy and you’re eating habits.

A lot of people eat 3 times to 4 times a week but a lot of people eat 5 times a week

The 50% of people drink just 1 glass of water daily, minimum it needs to be like 3.

A lot of people eat fruit and chips for snack the fruit is good but the chips have a lot of saturated fat.

People drink water that’s really good.

A lot of people eat like eggs and juice for breakfast.

A lot of people don’t eat dessert I think that’s good because almost all the desserts are with sugar and colorants.

Conclusion

I think my community have a good eating habits based on my graphs what we recommend is that people start drinking more water and drink just water not coke. People eat a lot outside their homes like 3 times a week you have to start preparing good food at you home and don’t going to fast food restaurants. My community have a good eating habits.

Top 10 nutrition tips

If you want to eat well maybe you want to read this tips well now USA is having a big problem about obesity almost the 35% of people in America are obese and that is because they don’t eat well and take care of themselves. Just walk in any street of America and I’m sure you will see lots of obese people and here are some tips about nutrition.

1) keep away junk food 2) try to fallow the food pyramid 3) eat at least 4 meals 4) eat good snacks like fruits or something healthy 5) visit a nutritionist 6) read the health facts in the package of the foods 7) eat balanced food 8) eat constantly at the same hours 9) do not eat black meats for dinner 10) drank at least 8 water glasses a day

Well I hope this tips help you. And remember always eat healthy!

Each day is better with a healthy meal!

Here I have to you a good meal for each day. I have an incredible breakfast, an amazing lunch, a delicious snack and a dinner that is very tasty. Keep reading and you’ll find out the easiest way to get one meal that is really healthy.

Mmm… breakfast!!!

Do you want to start the day with a delicious breakfast?

As you can observe in the picture you have a variety of things to eat!

First you can eat some stripes of bacon fried. Then you can have come fruit, you can take whatever fruit you

deserve. Why not accompany the meal with pancakes, honey and some

blackberries on top? I would really like it! An orange juice it’s the best way to refresh your day! And if you want, it can also be a good idea if you eat some bread

with eggs.

Lunch is ready!!

Lunch is the best way to get energy from food.

You can have some burritos de carne Maybe with some juice And if you want some salad of lettuce

I have some spaghetti Bolognese With some salad And juice

Recipe of the week...

Spaghetti Bolognese

1 ounce butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 carrot 2 stalks celery 1 onion 4 ounces streaky bacon 1 lb. hamburger or 1 lb. ground beef 1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes 2 bay leaves Salt Fresh ground black pepper 2 cloves chopped garlic 4 ounces mushrooms 1/4 pint beef stock 1 glass red wine

2 tablespoons double cream 3/4 tablespoon tomato puree Thyme Oregano Directions:

1 Gently melts the butter & oil in a large pan which can be covered.

2 Add chopped carrot, onion, celery, bacon & bay leaves, gently cook until golden.

3 Add minced steak & garlic, season well with salt & pepper; cook until meat is no longer pink.

4 Add wine, cook until liquid reduces a little, add mushrooms thyme& oregano.

5 Blend the tomato puree with the beef stock, then add to pan along with the tinned tomatoes, stir well then cover and cook on lowest possible heat for a couple of hours. The secret to this dish is long, slow cooking as to allow the flavors to meld.

6 As this dish slowly simmers you will need to add more liquid; use either wine or a little water. I find a little wine does best.

7 After two hours or so remove from heat, remove bay leaves, add 2 tbsp. of cream, stir well, serve with hot pasta or spaghetti with fresh baked garlic bread and grated cheese.
