“Jeg kunne godt se min mobil som en universel fjernbetjening, så kunne jeg indstille den med genveje og det hele. Den har jo også en skærm, og så har jeg den jo altid på mig, og så kan jeg tænde og slukke alle apparater med den… også lyset. Det kan godt være den er mindre, men den er stadigvæk mere praktisk end en bærbar.”

“Det ville være vigtigt, at eksisterende apparater passer ind i den her løsning. Hvis jeg skal købe forudbestemte produkter, som jeg måske ikke kan lide udseendet af, så duer det ikke. En ting, der kan gøre både mig og børnene små-irriterede er, at hvert apparat har sin egen platform, og de ikke kan snakke sammen - at man har de her lukkede systemer. Lav dog noget så tingene kan tale sammen.”

“Det er lidt flovt, for vi har alt for mange forskellige systemer til at lave back-up. Det er nok lidt uorganiseret. Vi bruger både USB-sticks, dvd’er, og cd’er, og jeg tror ikke, at vi altid ved, hvor de egentlig ligger. Sidst da vores computer brød ned, besluttede vi os egentlig for at få mere styr på det... men.”

Træt af besværlig opsætning og brug

“Jamen jeg har helt opgivet. Når man først har fået det hele tilsluttet, og det virker, så orker man ikke at skulle til at skjule alle kablerne. Hvorfor skal det også være så besværligt? Jeg skal jo stort set forbinde alle mine produkter for at kunne se downloadede film på min fladskærm, få lyden ud af mine højtalere osv.”

“Nogle gange kan det bare blive for meget... Lidt som dengang, hvor vi gjorde soveværelset til TV-frit område... Eller eksempelvis når begge drenge insisterer på at spille på deres bærbare ude i køkkenet, mens jeg laver mad, det er bare trælst... det kan være, vi snart skal gøre køkkenet computerfrit område.”
