Process drive logs data in EDAT to make LTE SSV Reports. Performed coverage analysis to identify sites that were overshooting their planned coverage and provided tilt

recommendations to reduce excessive pilot overlap and excessive handovers. Also, tuned some handover parameters to improve HO performance likewise IRAT exit routes Inter & Intra

both. Performed layer three analyses of RRC drops and access failures with lucent EDAT. Post processing of drive data SSD and SSV process, report preparation for SSD & SSV WCS, Non WCS sites &

get KPI requirements for SSV reports. Swap verification & TX imbalance check for SSV & SSD packages. Identified throughput inconsistencies and assisted during troubleshooting.• Cases where it could be backhauling issue affecting throughput.• Analyze CQI - MCS, RSRP - SINR, MIMO -Rank Indicator, & IRAT Routes.

RF Drive testing: Involved, checking and analyzing of new sites and existing sites Coverage, Quality, Co-channel(C/I) and adjacent channel (C/A) interference and Handovers of the network.Drive test and optimization of existing network for high TCH/ SDCCH drops, handover failures, poor quality, poor coverage, hardware faults, and antenna tilt/orientation, add/remove neighbors, co/ad-channel interference, SCFT of new 3G site and call testing in dedicated and idle both modes. Testing of RX LEVEL and RX quality both in the given cell site.

Handling customer complaints.

Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure, Responsible for reducing the pilot pollution & overshooting of site, Finding the best possible configuration for antenna heights, tilts and azimuths for all the cells/sectors in the network and thus responsible for optimization of the network.
