Roles & Responsibil ities:

• Detail Analyzes of post processed log data from walk tests performed for optimization.• Prepares the Radio Frequency Optimization reports for both Volte & FTP logs for KPI, SCANNER, & UE MAP.• Monitors daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) based on daily cell statistics.• Prepare coverage RSRP/RSCP Scanner reports from drive test measurements.• Analyzing VOLTE & FTP layer 3 events for Both SIP & RRC call drop and failure degrading QOS KPI.• Detail Analysis of Walk test IBS data for indoor coverage meeting Customer KPI criteria.

•Preparation of mitigation packages for AT&T WCS sites with basic recommendation of RF parameters like Reference Signal Power, E-Tilt, EIRP to reduce interference and Muting in SXM band. •Monitoring and Optimizing E-Tilt, power attenuation, SINR & RSSI using RSL Calculator based on planning Package.• Preparation & submission of final COPs for sites passing the meeting the agreed % Bad SDARS.

Process drive logs data in EDAT to make LTE SSV Reports. Performed coverage analysis to identify sites that were overshooting their planned coverage and provided tilt

recommendations to reduce excessive pilot overlap and excessive handovers. Also, tuned some handover parameters to improve HO performance likewise IRAT exit routes Inter & Intra

both. Performed layer three analyses of RRC drops and access failures with lucent EDAT. Post processing of drive data SSD and SSV process, report preparation for SSD & SSV WCS, Non WCS sites &

Site Based Optimization and Customer Complaints.

Roles & Responsibil ities:

RF Drive testing: Involved, checking and analyzing of new sites and existing sites Coverage, Quality, Co-channel(C/I) and adjacent channel (C/A) interference and Handovers of the network.Drive test and optimization of existing network for high TCH/ SDCCH drops, handover failures, poor quality, poor coverage, hardware faults, and antenna tilt/orientation, add/remove neighbors, co/ad-channel interference, SCFT of new 3G site and call testing in dedicated and idle both modes. Testing of RX LEVEL and RX quality both in the given cell site.

Handling customer complaints.

Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure, Responsible for reducing the pilot pollution & overshooting of site, Finding the best possible configuration for antenna heights, tilts and azimuths for all the cells/sectors in the network and thus responsible for optimization of the network.
