2.0 General Information

Reservation:

For Domestic & International Flights, Check-inusually starts 3 hours prior to departure andt h e check-in counters close 45 minutebefore departure t ime for a l l c lasses ofpassengers.Certain formalities are required tobe completed by the passengers at the airportbefore or after being accepted for the flight.

 To comple te these fo rmal i t ies and thecheck-in process, passengers are required toarrive at the airport sufficiently before thedeparture time of the flight.

In order to maintain schedules, the boardinggate wil l be closed 45 minutes beforedeparture time.

Passengers, who do not report at theboarding gate at the requested boardingt ime, wi l l not be boarded on the saidfl ight and wil l be considered no-showpassengers.

In the event of delays and misconnection offlights not within the reasonable control ofThai Lion air; Thai Lion air will disclaim anyliability towards the same.

Passengers who arranges own connectionswi th o ther a i r l ines are adv ised to leavesufficient time for connections or terminaltransfer or baggage re-claim and re-checkin.Tha i L i on a i r w i l l no t be l i ab le f o r anymisconnection with other air l ines outsidereasonable control of Thai Lion air.

Payment: Fares must be paid in full before thegiven time limit expires. In the event that the farehas no t been pa id i n f u l l f o r any r easonwhatsoever, Thai Lion air reserve the right tocancel the reservation/ticket prior to check-inand/or to deny you to board the flight.

Infants: We reserve the r igh t no t to ca r ryinfants less than seven (2) days-old and Infantaged between three (3) and seven (7) daysrequire Medical Certificate to confirm that theInfant is fit to travel on air transport. The Medicalcert i f icate must have been issued 72 hoursbefore the standard departure time. Maximumage for Infant is less than 2 years old. Infanttraveling on Thai Lion air must have the Form ofIndemnity (FOI) signed by the parents.

Pregnant Passengers: All expectant Mothersare required to sign form of Indemnity (FOI). AMedical certificate that confirms the expectantmother is fit to travel on air transport is requiredto be produced at the point of check- in forpregnancy over 28 weeks.

3.0 Cabin Baggage Regulations:

Economy Class Passengers are allowed to bringup to 7KG with the dimension of 40 cm x 30 cm x20 cm of hand luggage onboard Thai Lion airFlights. The weight of cabin baggage should notexceed 7kgs. Stro l ler bags wi th the abovespecified dimensions will be allowed.

Cabin baggage is accepted subject in the cabinsubject to availability of space in the over headbin. Restricted stowage space is also availableunder the front seat. In the event no space beingavailable in the aircraft to stow cabin baggage, itwill be necessary to remove and load the samein the baggage hold as per safety regulations.
